The room was clean, no odd smells and soundproofing was okay too. The receptionist is really nice. The room I first got had really loud noise from the air-conditioning but they moved me to another room which don't have that issue. Well, the room is really small but that was expected before I booked the hotel, I'm satisfied with the room. The only thing is the location, great location which is close to subway station but far from attractions. I guess that is the reason that this hotel is cheaper than those that are closer to attractions.

They don’t properly clean the room everyday, but the location is great and room is big enough. Reception always available

The room is very clean, they provide towels, small disposal towel, kettle, room slippers, body soap, hairdryer in the room. For tooth brush, tooth paste & comb & cup you can get it near the counter & they clean & change towel everyday. You can do laundry for free & they provide detergen too. Near metro Pingleyuan exit B, the hotel beside china bank & there's supermarket beside it too. Great choice!

Location was good - very close to the subway and a huge shopping mall. However a big negative aspect was the room stank of cigarette smoke even though the hotel room policy was no smoking. It was very unpleasant as a non-smoker. I did enjoy the robot buzzing around the hotel although not entirely sure what robot’s job was.

The hotel Is very clean, and is located very near to the center, so you will have no problem in visiting the main attractions of Beijing. Staff is really nice and helpful. Xie xie!

1.The hotel is near Pingleyuan Station, but if you’re coming from the airport, you’ll need to transfer between several lines.
2. There is a restaurant next door.
3. The staff are helpful, even though they don’t speak English.
4. Amenities can be requested from the staff downstairs.
5. Housekeeping cleans the room every day.
The downside is that during my 2-night stay, the room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, so I had to request a room change. However, the staff were happy to accommodate the request

I enjoyed my stay at Haiyou hotel near Jiulongshan station. The location was nice, close to train lines as well as shopping malls. The room was clean.

Love the hotel. Near to metro as well as mall. There is also halal restaurants near the corner along the way road to the mall. Kudos to the cleaner that clean our room every day and not to forget helpful receptionist at the front counter. Just a suggestion perhaps need to replace the washing machine as it does not spin properly.
