On October 1st, I went to Huairou with my husband and children. I still felt that the chain of oranges was reliable. When we went there was a master at the door to help direct the parking. I thought there would be a lot of people in October, but the front desk still checked in in an orderly manner. Quickly handle it, and smoothly! Since my husband still needs to work at night, I chose a workbench, the room is still quite big, with a small degree of intelligent control throughout the process, I feel pretty good! The hotel is located in a suburb of Beijing (about 1 hour from PEK airport) and from there it is only 30 minutes by car to the ”Great Wall” (Mutianyu). Nearby is a park or 2 shopping centers with many shops and restaurants (each only about 5 minutes on foot).
I booked a room with breakfast, which was very varied and delicious: there were starters, main courses and desserts (breakfast times were from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.).
The staff spoke almost no English, but was very friendly & patient - we communicated with a translation app and everything worked out well.

This is the warm place of this homestay, and I always feel the warmth. I ordered dinner at the homestay, and I feel delicious and at home. It's not like the taste of 9 restaurants outside, but more like the taste of home. The taste is very good. It rained a little when we checked in. It's so comfortable to sit in a daze in the backyard after the rain, and the third floor A random shot of the sky mirror will give you a sense of instant vision of a blockbuster, and the children are crazy about it. The room facilities are also good, the only downside is that the sound insulation is not very good, but because there are welcome white fungus soup and good night milk, these can be ignored. The most regrettable thing is that there is no water in the swimming pool because of the temperature problem. If there is a swimming pool, the children will be happier. Overall I commented that this is a very warm hotel, and I will choose it in the future.

The hotel's breakfast buffet offers a huge variety of cuisines ranging from Western delicacies to Chinese comfort food. The breakfast buffet opens from 7 - 10 AM.
The dinner buffet is a wonderful unforgettable luxury experience, serving hotpot, fresh Seafood and meat, and an ice cream station. The dinner buffet opens from 5:30 - 9:30 PM.
The room is very clean and looked new, the staffs are friendly and polite. Overall a wonderful experience, would definitely come back again.

Very friendly customer service even we want to take a taxi we have no app to order taxi the customer service help us to go out to the main road and help us stop a taxi and get us to airport. When ask them to help they also manage to help.

While the rooms were a bit on the smaller side, they were impeccably clean and well-maintained. One unique feature was the meal delivery robot that brought food right to my doorstep, although I wished it came with a notification system. Overall, a pleasant stay with convenient amenities.

HHannahAmazing apartment with plenty of room for relaxing and great staff and services. Staffs are very willing to help and friendly, especially Xia who had helped us to book our tours and solve some of our problems. It is close to subway ( about 8 minutes walk) and conveniently located within walking distance to a few well known eateries.
The only small problem is that our apartment located just above some empty stores that are undergoing renovation so from 8am to 6pm everyday there's banging and construction noises. This brings dusts everywhere and I recommend the cleaners to not just vacuum the rooms but also mop the floors as well to remove all dusts collected during the constructions.

We loved the thoughtful and personalized anniversary decor on the bed, cards and bubbles. A special thank you to Paolo and the team. The delicious and decadent cake we ordered from the bakery was absolutely delicious. All the staff were professional, friendly and made our experience phenomenal. The afternoon tea, cocktails and light dinner at the club were delectable and so enjoyable. Can't wait to return for another awesome staycation at The Regent.

BBernie123The room is decent size for the price and it is well distributed. The closet is just a hanger for like 4 or 5 garments so beware. Bathroom unfortunately was a bit smelly. Bed was comfortable. I did not like the included breakfast because it’s actually a bag they leave outside the door every morning with the same menu everyday and did not like all the items. I will try a different hotel in my next visit to Beijing.
