The room is clean, the air is fresh, and the air conditioner is quiet. If you need toiletries such as hair covers and cotton swabs, you can ask the front desk. The service attitude is very good and the hotel environment is beautiful. The breakfast is good, with hot dishes and green vegetables, and the dishes are changed every day. The most important thing is that the mattress is comfortable, and the pillow is soft and hard, and the height is perfect, which makes me sleep well every night. I can't get used to the beds and pillows of every hotel. Berman's bedding is probably the best. I will stay at Berman next time I come to Chaoyang.

In order to see Wang Suxuan concert booked this hotel, unexpected gains a lot. I immediately received a concert gift package when I checked in. I was careful and it was all around Wang Suqian. Passersby fans expressed satisfaction. The hotel is very close to the forest park and it is convenient to take the subway to the Bird's Nest. There is a pick-up service during the concert. It seems to be a Land Rover car. It was dark at night and I didn't see it clearly. The room is small but clean and comfortable. It is quieter at night. I will still live here after watching the concert.

I rarely give such a low score to hotel service, but I couldn't help it. We originally booked for three consecutive nights. On the first night, we were assigned a room next to the water heater on the first floor. The windows were not soundproof and it was so noisy that we couldn't sleep. The next day, I woke up early and wanted to wash my hair, but found that there was no hot water in either the bathroom or the sink... The most speechless thing is that because the machine was noisy the night before, I went to discuss changing rooms with the front desk. The front desk responded that the room was being cleaned and I needed to change rooms at 12 o'clock. So I went back to the room and waited. At around 12 noon, I went to ask the front desk again, and the response was that the room had not been cleaned yet... At that time, our luggage had already been packed and taken to the front desk. Then I asked about when the room would be available, but the front desk couldn't give a definite time (why did they say 12 o'clock if they weren't sure? Wouldn't that delay other people's schedules?) At this point I had no intention of changing hotels, so we decided to leave our things at the front desk and check in when we returned to the hotel in the evening. The most disappointing moment came. The front desk responded: We have valuables that need to be taken away. We had three or four large bags and a computer. May I ask? ? ? ! So I decisively canceled the remaining two nights and switched to Huazhu Club. The hotel environment is OK, but the service really needs to be improved. I hope it can attract attention!
