Hotel very good location, MRT in front of the hotel easily to get Taxi or train. Staff can call taxi for you. Room was clean and the bed very big, in the winter you must book the room with windows because the air-conditioned in the room can't be lower than 23 degree (in case you feel like need airtime).opposite the hotel have noodles restaurant, bakery shop and fruits , grocery shops, if you walk a little more you will see McDonald's, KFC , New world Shopping mall. Next time I will stay here again.

When I first walked through the doors of this beautiful hotel…I was shocked. It was like walking through heaven! The staff were so helpful in taking my suitcases, bringing them to my room, and helping me check-in smoothly. I was a little hesitant about not being able to have my room ready since I was checking in at 10am but they were so nice in making sure I had a room and they made this happen through upgrading my friend and I to a larger room! Not only did this make the stay even more enjoyable but the breakfast and pool were also amazing! My pool is huge and clean, but you must wear a swimming cap which they can give you at the front desk before you enter the pool! The pool closes at 11pm which is amazing if you’re a late night swimmer! Breakfast, on the second floor, definitely did not disappoint me as they had a great variety of western and Chinese breakfast. From hash browns, to bacon, to pastries, to fruits! You can definitely get full with this breakfast! I will definitely be coming again in the near future!

The best hotel in Beijing. In front of employees speak english and too kindly. The room had window. We ordered baby bed and they’ve alteady prepared it. We stayed 6th floor and the place is very clean and calm. We didnt eat in there, but the lobby’s menu was too expensive, so i didnt buy anything. We stayed 5 days and room service was very good. Thank you all team :)

I had a fantastic stay at the Novotel in Beijing, located just a short walk from the Forbidden City and Wangfujing Street. The location couldn't have been more convenient for exploring the city's main attractions. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, with great attention to detail that made the space feel both welcoming and luxurious. A special thanks to the staff for their excellent service and attention to detail. The communication in English was outstanding, which made my stay even more comfortable. I truly appreciated their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Beijing!

The hotel location is awesome with lots of famous food and places around , such as 四季民福 北京烤鸭，炸酱面，九门轩，稻香村，Beijing APM Especially only 10-15mins walking distance to forbidden city 故宫 Staff all were very friendly and helpful , the hotel buffet breakfast is good with lots of local food you might have a chance to try Only to recommend select a room with window for better air flow , the last night on my stay the room was extremely hot and humid caused by the air flowing system although the hotel staff had provide extra cooling machine Others ,jAll exceeded my expectations

Everything exceeded our expectations. Our room was clean and efficiently laid out, complete with a small kitchen and washing machine, allowing us to wash our clothes. The view from the 12th floor was spectacular. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially Paul Yu (于维升), who handled our check-in and check-out. We would definitely stay here again.

Andy Chen , very friendly staff ，the location is AMAZING. Stayed many times in BJ this is the best place I stayed , went to the Guomao also took a walk , many places are closed by , it was a joyful stay.

A truly excellent 5-star hotel (if not better) in a great location with wonderful staff in and around the premise! Of special mention is the Front Office Manager, Mr Su Yan, who quickly and tirelessly helped salvage an issue with a friend who was initially part of the booking for the Twin-room. As this friend had submitted his passport to an embassy for a visa, he couldn't check in with me. As a result, a request was made for a double bed for single occupancy which was promptly met without incurring further charges. All staff, from the front office to housekeeping, maintained their courteous smiles and greetings throughout my 4 nights/5 days stay. This included even those at the restaurant for breakfast, who were quick to usher their guests to their tables, and to promptly serve the desired beverage. Breakfast was sumptuous with a good variety of choices from Western to Chinese, and even Japanese. My room was always cleaned as soon as I left for breakfast and this made it pleasant to return to the room, to plan the outings for the day. The subway, which was within walking distance helped with getting around Beijing without the hassle of being caught up in the horrific traffic which seems to be a common feature of this city. This was truly a spendid trip staying at this gem of a hotel that I had even contemplated extending my stay for another 2 nights. However, duty beckoned me to check out to return to work. I look forward to returning to this hotel once more should the opportunity present itself and I'm hoping that it'll be sooner too!

I had a great stay during a business trip. My room was spacious and its position on the corner meant it was quite sound proof. I rarely get consecutive good night sleep at business hotels in China but this was the exception. Attentive staff who even brought an iron and an ironing board to my room at midnight when I released I didn’t have one in the room. It’s close to downtown Beijing which can be accessed by the Sanyuanqiao station. It’s about a 10 min walk from the hotel, a little complicated because you have to go under an underpass. Just follow your map and you’ll get there in no time. Taxi is also really easy and can pick you up from the front door. They also have a waimai cabinet for Meituan, so your deliveries will go there.

If you want to find a good place for your kids in CBD, including play and eat well, then Kerry Hotel is your best choice. There’s a very big playground for kids in the 3rd floor for free. The panda theme room will make your kid in a dream. Believe me, they will like it!
