The corridors are moldy, the walls of the rooms are moldy, the toilets are smelly, and the toilets in the rooms smell like sewers! There is garbage behind the toilet door and dirt on the sink! This sanitary condition is not worth even one point! The facilities are old, the TV is very old, the paint is peeling off the cabinets, and there is mold on the walls! The charging plug is crooked. Service: There is no sense of service. The stench of garbage next to the elevator is not cleaned up, and guests need to remind them! The only good thing is the location, next to the Silver Beach, only a few minutes walk to the Silver Beach! Stayed in: Family room for parents and children! The overall experience is too bad, too dirty! Strongly not recommended to stay!

I originally booked a double bed room online, but when I arrived, I was told that the room type I originally booked was no longer available. I changed it to a one-bedroom and one-living room. The room is not clean, there is dust on the sink, and the slippers and toiletries are moldy. 3. I waited for more than an hour when I checked in. The floor of the room was still wet when I entered, and the experience was very poor. 4. After reporting the problem of being unable to watch the TV, the front desk asked an aunt to come over and help solve the problem. Later, the TV in the living room could be viewed, but the one in the bedroom was still unavailable. The aunt said there was no way and asked her if she could cast the screen. She said It should be possible, but she didn't know how to operate it, and the problem was not solved in the end.

Can the hair dryer in the bathroom be replaced with one that automatically cuts off after one minute? It takes 30 seconds to blow once. The lady with long hair is really speechless. Her hair can't be dried and she has to go out with a wet head. It is close to the beach and can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Due to the proximity to the beach and the large number of people living there, the facilities are a bit old and slightly damaged and need to be repaired in time. The food stalls downstairs are a bit of a rip-off. The breakfast is very good and very rich! The check-in procedure is also to make an order in advance, and you can just register the information when you arrive, which is very efficient.

The hotel is very close to the beach, and you can see the sea when you walk out of the lobby. The ladies at the front desk are very enthusiastic. Seeing that I brought a child, they specially helped me change to a family room with a sea view. The room is very clean. The children love the toys in the room! A very satisfying stay! I will continue to stay here when I come back. Highly recommended.

The beautiful lady at the front desk is very warm and friendly. The restaurant is luxurious and clean, and the breakfast is also very delicious. I will stay here again next time I come to Beihai.
