下水不通下面的溢上來，喊服務員處理就給了一把掃把🧹，拖鞋沒有一次性的，收拾別人用黑的重複利用的塑膠拖鞋，水壺全是水垢，衣架又臟又破！床單也不知道換沒換，睡的時候看到一衹耳釘，就真的很噁心🤢除了前台人好説話些，就沒什麼優點了，因為沒地方住，出來人生地不熟，就勉強住了一晚，真的體驗很差！！！

附近找了一圈，就這個酒店看起來比較好還有圖片，但是入住之後不敢恭候，怎麼説也是酒店，但是完全沒有酒店的設施和用具，1瓶冰露礦泉水都沒有，洗頭液和沐浴液都是一小包一小包那種，都戳不出泡沫的那種，還有房間小的可憐，床這邊就是門，門外面就是走廊。大早上的人走來走去非常吵。雖然説是春節假期，價格上調，但是完全跟這個價格不對等，這個價格290多 我都可以住一般的連鎖酒店了。跟一般好點的名宿也才100多塊錢，差評，差評。

這些年最差的一次住宿體驗！前台兩個女員工素質都很差，用諷刺的語言和表情不停地欺負遊客！頭一天在去哪網訂的170一晚，第二天入住説漲價到290，要求顧客補錢，態度惡劣且用取消房間和不讓入住威脅！！房間裏臟亂差，沒有收拾就讓我們入住，廁所沒打掃，垃圾桶裏還有沒清理的大便紙，洗漱台還有上個客人用完沒丟的牙具！房間裏沒有wifi也看不了電視，門鎖很差，門也像被踹開過的！房間裏沒有熱水壺，衞生間和洗漱台以及杯子都很臟！就這種低素質的服務人員，讓我們這輩子再也不想來北海了！！！

特別特別差，還説是什麼民宿，我定的三晚，21號18:10分到的，超了十分鐘，説不給退，錢是一分退不了的，服務態度又差，説我們大學生貪小便宜定的衹能這樣子咯，看不起我們，*****一樣，我預訂的是商務雙人床，給我安排了個雅間雙人床小的可憐，然後去和他換，前台還在哪裡説我們四百多塊錢住雅間就不錯了，怎麼能這個價錢住商務，還給我們算他的錢，從客服到他那裡就得個八十左右，還説我們佔了便宜，酒店裡麪沒有沐浴露沒有洗髮水，沒有吹風機，環境又差，床單又臟，衹能吃啞巴虧，忍受住了一晚，馬上換了城市便捷酒店，果然還是好的酒店靠譜，後面打電話給客服，客服説衹住了一晚後面是可以退的，前台説不可能，欺騙消費者，純純覺得我們大學生好騙是吧，特別差特別踩雷千萬別去寧願貴一點的好酒店也不會聽網上什麼便宜好評❗️❗️❗️❗️❌❌❌💢💢💢
