離海岸線特別近，海景房一流，衞生也很乾凈，坐在陽台上看看大海就是頂頂享受，度假休養超級棒，我們入住這幾天沒有太陽，海不是很藍，但也不是很曬。管家很貼心，照顧很周到。

海景房非常滿意，下樓就是大海，這對於北方人來説簡直太治癒了！樓下🈶生活小超市非常方便，可以暫存行李，一元一件！衹收行李箱的💰！東面不遠橋下是高德老街，石板路那種的很有感覺，西邊是北海老街，商業氣息太濃，買吃的和老街咖啡☕還好！我們是舉家遊玩，在碼頭，市場買了海鮮，小菜就做了！非常方便！周圍🈶金奎市場，樓下共享電驢子非常方便！還有那種能帶人的，老街後面🈶個碼頭，可以轉轉！🉐付款寶玩明白了再用！總之北海不錯值得再來，就是冬天要帶夠一年四季的衣服！

小區就在金灘邊上，趕海和看日落都非常方便。小區周圍也有很多商業，生活很方便。
房東小姐姐很熱心，回覆很及時。

環境很好，樓下有超市，葯房，走兩步就到海邊。整體入住體驗很不錯！小朋友很喜歡！民宿的廚房設備也比較齊全，我們入住5天，有3天都在家弄飯，很方便！消毒櫃也是齊全的，唯一差了一個微波爐，熱宵夜不是很方便，其他都很好！

真心好評。性價比非常高。一到酒店就立馬發閨蜜羣推薦下次來北海玩的同事朋友。她們看了我視頻也是紛紛説好。説下次也要來這家公寓。客服也很不錯。是我目前為止住過的最好的公寓。一家人都覺得特別好。昨晚睡覺睡得也特別舒服。一覺睡到八點哈。大大的陽台，一大片獨有的海。一覽無餘。這邊海域人不多。這個公寓住四個人。兩個兒子睡一間。我和愛人一間。兒子説像住在家裡一樣舒適。小區也安靜。樓層高沒有蚊子。值得推薦

乾淨衞生，配備齊全，舒適方便，樓下就是海灘，每天都能下去玩。房間有個面海的大露台，視野非常好，坐在露台上看海很愜意。
