很好，很高，很開闊，可以看大海，衞生也很好，一家人住也寬寬敞敞，客廳裏還有空調，總而言之，言而總之就是好！

環境：步行15分鐘到沙灘，就是那條路，太爛了。夜晚小區外面好多宵夜檔，離風情街，早市10分鐘車程，非常方便。
服務：回覆很快，很熱情。
設施：電視壞了，有點失望。陽台有個大的晾衣架，需要洗洗洗的，有這個非常好。樓下有共享電動車，也很好。
衞生：希望多個垃圾桶，喜歡吃宵夜的我們，顯得不夠放。

國慶長假想帶家人出遊北海，搜了很久，衹有這家的房型、位置和價格符合我們的要求，而且配圖看起來比較真實，所以定下。海景房，房間很大，完全能滿足一家八口人的入住需要。酒店到海灘衹需步行七八分鐘，退潮的時候沙灘很大，孩子們玩得超級開心。沙子跟銀灘景區的一樣銀白、細軟。酒店離僑港風情街很近，吃的也方便。也可以在酒店自己做飯。給酒店的評價，五星！

這是我住的三室一廳海景房，早上的藍天白雲狀態下看到的海景，和店家圖一致。背後會議中心可以租車，有超市，晚上有小吃攤，就是打車不是很容易，加錢更容易打到。如果第二天早上要去國際客運港，第一天晚上就在打車軟件上把車提前約好，不然會很難打到。早上7點的船，我是6點10從樓下出發的，提前一點到，時間很充分也很合適。總體來説住宿很滿意，朋友們都很喜歡，第一次來北海，這個房子沒有踩坑，很適合一家人來

環境很好，給房東發消息，很快就會回覆，解決問題很快，離海邊很近，走路10分鐘左右，小區對面海灘人非常少，拍照打卡必選。適合一家幾口自駕，樓下停車方便，出行也方便。

8樓，陽台對着海方向，海景看得到（如圖），房間裝修比較新，三室一廳兩衞，客廳立式空調，電視，沙發餐桌都有，廚房燃氣灶可用，每間房有空調，櫃子和床，熱水充足，放心隨意洗。陽台陽光充足，可以晾曬。家庭出行在這裏住還是非常舒心的。

很棒的入住體驗，離海灘非常近，躺在主卧的床上就可以看海，陽台的景觀超級漂亮房間寬敞乾淨，毛巾床單都很新，冰箱電視空調也運行良好，非常適合全家入住
