總體性價比還不錯。民宿在獨棟別墅，環境優美有設計感。房間乾淨，空間也挺大的。入住的時候是北海寒潮，還好房間空調有制熱功能，但同伴説睡得還是有點冷。本來衝著“花築”品牌去的，實際感覺達不到花築品質，房間沒有配瓶裝礦泉水，一次性洗漱用品是最最低檔的。

我住的這個房間是朝南的，晴天時太陽灑進房間，特別舒服（北方娃對陽面卧室的執念），整棟樓在小區的別墅區，環境舒適安靜，適合我這種睡眠淺的人。房間乾淨整潔，還有淡淡的花香。圖片是我房間窗户隨拍的，每天拉開窗簾，好心情跟着就來了。
打理民宿的是60後夫妻，與我父母差不多年紀，叔叔阿姨很好客，服務特別周到，剛到時陰天屋裡天氣冷，給我的床又加了床墊和被子。每天還會給我們推薦去哪裡玩和吃飯。
民宿的位置也很優越，離僑港風情街，碼頭和銀灘非常近，腿兒着就能到。每天都去面朝大海～
整個民宿的設施與圖片沒有差異，簡單整潔，非常舒服。

我們入住該店感覺非常的好，阿姨很親切，服務好，有什麼事可以找阿姨幫忙，我們本來衹住一晚，後面行程改變，感覺這裏非常好還想加住一晚，但是當天已經整棟都被包了，然後阿姨還給我們聯繫其他優惠的住處，感謝阿姨，如果我們下次來北海都來該店入住，也推薦學生黨入住性價比高值得推薦！直接愛死了，服務超好，真的很絕絕子，住得太好了。

環境：是別墅🏡分隔出來的房間，所以小區環境民宿衞生都挺好的
服務：老闆姐姐人超級好，很熱情，還幫我們免費存放行李
而且五一節假日老闆都沒怎麼漲價，性價比屬於是超級高了，來北海如果追求性價比，推薦預訂。

老闆和家人都比較熱心且靠譜～
一推開窗看到門前小花園太治癒啦
早上含苞待放的蓮花🪷回來也都開了心情也跟着極好
位置的話離僑港風情街（別去吧，也可能是假期，全是人）和銀灘（沙灘超讚！）很近～走路十幾分鍾吧慢的話，去其他地方騎個電瓶車慢慢悠悠逛挺舒服，城市裡的騎行環境很nice～
最後小區門口保安能有點耐心就完美啦

民宿是在小區裏的獨棟別墅，整體環境挺好的。房間空間蠻大的，床很軟，空調也很給力。民宿距離僑港風情街、國際港很近，步行十分鐘不到就能到達。老闆很熱情還幫忙指了條近路步行去銀灘，怕我們找不到還帶我們走了一段路。
對於這個價格，我覺得是很不錯的，值得推薦！

很喜歡，離去銀灘和橋港風情街都很近，小區裏面都是獨棟別墅，環境很好，很愜意，衞生乾淨，門口的三角梅也非常適合拍照📷，房東叔叔阿姨們很熱情，很好的體驗！下次到北海玩還會選擇這裏的！！
