老闆人超級好，免費給我們升級了房型。房子陽台直麪大海，確確實實的海景房，下樓步行幾分鐘就是海灘，超級方便。房間超舒適，而且很大，設施很完善，還配有冰箱和微波爐👍住的地方離老街和僑港很近，去過很方便的。

能在陽台看到海，還是得住得樓層高才行。老闆比較佛系，有一天早上被熱醒，發現沒電了，聯繫老闆結果是忘記交電費了😂

房間寬敞整潔乾淨，出入很方便，一出門便是金灘，去老街，海絲首港也不遠，老闆是個帥哥，如果要選擇住在北部灣一號別猶豫就選這家。

房間特別好!乾淨整潔!圖片實物完全相符，甚至實物更好!現在找到個跟圖片相符的真的不容易。
地理位置優越，下樓就是過個馬路就是金灘，非常方便!!

姐妹們，真的五星推薦這家民宿！！民宿過了馬路就是大海，特別是下午落日去拍照絕絕子特別好看，來海邊記得做好防曬！
🍃環境：房間漂亮環境很好衞生乾淨整潔，沒有異味！ 床單浴巾這些都很乾凈！ 房間真的性價比很高！
🔔服務：前台服務很好很熱情幫忙拿行李帶路介紹旅遊景點，和我們説現在休海期海鮮會比較貴有推薦我們説去哪裡吃比較好，民宿這裡有出租小電驢，可以北海到處逛逛 沒電了回來換一台☺️。總體就是5顆星棒棒噠❤️
