優點：房屋地理位置十分便利，交通方便，房東態度好、熱心，我們由於路上的意外被耽擱了，到店已經很晚了，阿姨也準時到路邊等我們，入住方便快捷。以至於退房的時候也晚了一些，房東都很耐心。
房間設備也相對齊全，空間大，還有超大陽台。
缺點：比較失望的是，浴巾清潔狀態實屬噁心，照片僅為主卧內的浴巾，積印、血漬印…感覺很久沒有人來過了。
一進門有一股很大的異味/裝修味，房間內的綠蘿全部死亡，旁邊放置着吸附異味的空氣凈化盒，但洗手間很多地方發黴了又不太像新房。
退房的時候，把情況告訴打掃阿姨們，阿姨很敷衍😮💨我們一家人對這次入住都不太滿意，這種質量性價比就很低了，真誠希望房東可以優化。

真是物有所值，房子裝修豪華，比較乾淨，超大陽台能看海景。尤其是美女房東，年輕又漂亮。看着她我就笑口常開。下次來必須再住，服務態度又好。就是忘記拍圖了，兩個男人沒有拍照的習慣
