I like this hotel so much, it's a very beautiful, welcoming and warm place. The most important things are clean rooms, a clean pool, and a smart and clean toilet. The hotel is very close to the beach so you can walk 5 minutes to get there. The staff is perfect and the owner is a nice and kind person.

My recent stay at HaiXuan was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by warm and welcoming staff who made check-in a breeze.
The location was perfect, with easy access to beach.Everthing was very clean and brand new, What truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, always with a smile and a willingness to help. They even transfered us train station for free. If one day i return Beihai i will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend HaiXuan to anyone looking for a top-tier hospitality experience. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Rooms are nice, ours had a balcony. The hotel is brand new, nice architecture, nicely furnished. However the breakfast is not what I expected for this price range. No tea, no coffee, no juice. And, the room had no sea view. Yes, it's just a few meters away from the beach, but you can't see the sea.

The hotel is really nice🌹. The guy at the front desk was very nice and upgraded my room for free. The room was bright and spacious, and the bathroom had double sinks [strong]. I especially praised their meticulous hygiene. I saw the robot cleaning the swimming pool for a whole morning, and the water in the swimming pool was crystal clear, which made me feel relieved.
