The room is large, with brand new furniture, clean and hygienic. There is a washing machine and clothes drying rack on the balcony, which is convenient for drying. There are kitchen utensils, which is very convenient for cooking. The community has good greenery, and there are children's play facilities downstairs. You can see the beach from the balcony , but the beach near the No. 1 Convention Center is not as good as the beach in Qiaogang, and the road to the beach is a bit muddy. It is not far from Qiaogang Beach, so we prefer to use shared bicycles to cross Qiaogang.

玩了多半個中國酒店公寓民宿都住過，很少評價更沒給過差評，每次選住宿都是千挑萬選看圖片看評分看評價等，沒想到來北海第一天還選的評分5.0的就這樣。當一打開門就看到脱落的牆皮，廚房水池還沒水，再一看床變成了榻榻米，個人最不喜歡榻榻米，各種陳設和圖片完全不符，立馬和老闆聯繫，老闆提出給換一間，本來定這家是看中了有停車位，但停車位置離房間位置最少要7.8分鐘，換的房還不是一個樓，外邊又下雨大包小包的行李不方便就沒換。沒想到越來越糟心，晚上洗澡發現沒熱水打電話溝通現沖的燃氣，第二天又沒電了現沖電費，電線外露，傢俱發黴臟，沙發我都不敢坐，搖椅生銹，到處臟兮兮的，都有退房的沖動，本來想住三天第二天趕緊走了。一開始沒想評價，以為南方梅雨季容易發黴都這樣，但換到別的地方都乾乾淨淨，發現不是天氣問題就是衞生問題沒好好打理導致。

酒店房間很乾凈，三張床，兩室一廳。但是第三張小床牀板很硬，而且很明顯沒有更換床單，建議酒店加強打掃的監督。有廚房，所以此次北海之行基本上自己製作美味。如果自己駕車，建議去稍微遠一點的市場買菜。我去的是海欣榮菜市場，邊上還有很多買水果的，很方便，價格也實惠。

房間地段還行，房間和圖片相符，靠近海邊。但是小區還不成熟，到處臟亂差。本來很近海邊的小區由於前面酒店範圍不允許借道，所以實際走到海邊最少有一公里距離。
