Mingsu is very close to the sea. Access is not very convenient because of the temporary access location due to the construction of the scenic spot. But it does not affect travel. It is very convenient to walk. Just taking a taxi is a little troublesome. Go back and talk about the key points! The room is very spacious, bright and airy. Clean and tidy. Easy to wash. You can see the sea directly from the top of the building with a wide view. Very satisfied with hygiene all day long! Just like at home. The owner and his family are also more enthusiastic, and the service is quite attentive. Not much to say, the picture above! It would be better to live upstairs, but it is also very convenient to live on the first floor! The price is also affordable!

老闆很熱情，房間寬敞舒適整潔乾淨，離銀灘很近，走幾步就到了，樓下就是吃飯的地方很方便，這次住宿環境很不錯👍👍👍

老闆人真的超級好，樓下就是可以吃海鮮都地方，走不到兩分鐘就到了銀灘，晚上涼快的時候可以直接一條龍的吃喝玩，老闆家的花襯衫也好漂亮呀，順手還買了一套🎉我們定的是五樓 海景房超級美，下次再來還來這家哦！

環境：離潮雕很近，下海方便。但是進出道路狹窄，週末節假日車多就堵，這點不太方便，希望有關部門能規劃好周邊道路。 設施：客房比較寬敞，雖説是海景房，但衹能開門出露台才能看到海，在室內看不到。熱水不理想，水比較小且忽冷忽熱。 衞生：床上衞生不錯，睡上去不會有身癢的感覺。

這家民宿就位於銀灘邊上，走過去幾分鐘，而且上四樓以上就可以看到海啦！設備啥的都挺齊全，衞生也很乾凈，還有摩託車可租，老闆人很好哦！

離銀灘很近 雖然訂的不是海景房但是樓頂可以看到海景

優:樓頂公共區域可以看到海，確實離銀灘很近，步行五分鐘就可以到海邊。劣:位置在小巷子裏，開車停車都非常不方便；周邊沒有共享單車，滴滴也很難打到，叫外賣配送費也比其他地方高；熱水很小，洗澡不舒服；民宿沒有電梯，上上下下比較麻煩。

這是我本次出遊最滿意的一家民宿，整體環境和衞生都挺不錯，樓很新，實景和圖片一致。而且離銀灘非常近，馬路斜對面就是，走兩步就到了，點外賣也很方便。千萬別出高鐵站就被忽悠，他們會告訴你“這是村裡離銀灘遠，本地人都不會來”。選擇這家民宿真心不會後悔，我媽那麼挑剔的人都覺得不錯，淋浴水很大，樓頂有洗衣機，還可以晾曬衣服，我們連着住了三天。老闆一家熱情好客，樓下就是他們家開的餐館，吃飯也方便，下次來北海還會選擇他家。
