房子是在一個小區定位根本不準確，打電話聯繫以後説過來接，我在小區門口曬了20分鐘才過來人，一進去就在小區左邊，我以為有多遠20多分鐘走不過來，房間的毛巾都泛黃了，房間有蚊香片就衹有蚊香片，有蚊蟲根本沒辦法，房間陽台位置也很爛，洗衣機就像外面的公共洗衣機一樣老破舊，房間廚房裡的鍋巨臟，平台顯示退房時間是2點，一直在發12點前退房，説好了續租1一小時，保潔直接輸密碼到房間裏來了，不考慮客人的感受嗎，還要近200的房費，真心不推薦，同價位建議考慮別的房！

當晚沒在民宿睡，問老闆一次性拖鞋要不要錢，他説5星好評就免費給，不然3塊一雙，説有塑料拖鞋，但一股鞋💩味，一客廳都是那股味道。地面感覺很多水跡，衞生一般，毛巾每一條都基本有塊黃色的，不知道什麼，很無語。風筒也壞的，兩個衞生間一個風筒。，。。也就這樣吧，喝個水還要收錢，在酒店都有配套水……
總體感覺除了房子新店，體驗感很一般啊

房間蠻不錯，步行走到銀灘入口處大概15分鐘，陽台上能看到海景。老闆蠻熱情，不足之處，浴室裏洗髮水沐浴露沒了，雖然外面洗漱台上放了，但洗澡的時候要出來拿，裏面沒有枱子可以放，極為不方便。再者，酒店位於公寓樓裏，點外賣沒有鑰匙，衹能送到一層樓梯口，這個需要注意

本來訂的標間但是遇到一點小插曲老闆給我們免費升到兩室一廳的房間了 房間很大 有六七十個平 很整潔 而且在陽台就可以看到海 從民宿到銀灘衹有幾百米很方便 老闆本人很熱情 有什麼問題都可以問他 我們當時在他這裏租了一輛電動車去哪也都很方便 但是不要在陽台晾衣服 外面風大的話有可能會吹飛🥹

房間可以，隔音不錯，窗關上什麼都聽不見了，而且入住很方便，跟小區一樣，採光也很好。衞生條件也不錯，會全部拖地一遍，電視也連接好網絡了，我們4個人出行很方便，再住多2個人也沒問題。熱水很快，路邊有位置停車可以不收費，沒位置的話一天20塊。
