Although it only costs 65 yuan a night, the decoration is clean and beautiful. The hot and cold signs on the basin faucet are very unique. The button on the toilet tank is a big and small penguin 🐧, which is very cute! The wooden floor is brand new and looks comfortable! There is no useless wardrobe, a few hooks and hangers are very practical, and small clothes can be washed and dried easily!

非常滿意/打開門是驚喜/房間真的很好/衞生也很好/桌子上沒有灰/賓館該有的標配都有/關鍵老闆人很好/因為我是來旅遊的/問了他好多景點遊玩的事都一一解答了/位置也很好/公交車去銀灘方便/樓下吃的買需要品都有/還一個大公園/斜對面大潤發/離北海站好近/走路就到了/連住了兩天。

設施：設施還算齊全該有的都有，廁所是蹲廁，空調製冷也可以，花灑水壓足
衞生：衞生還需要打掃更好一點，廁所角落有很多小蟲，可能太潮濕了，床單上還有污漬，除此之外沒發現有大的問題
環境：對面就是北海圖書館，這個位置感覺雖然不偏但打車不太好打，打了好久才有一個拼車的接單，不過北海有共享電動車，也有其他地方出租電動車的業務，不帶行李箱出門的話基本可以滿足
服務：服務還是很好的，前台也很熱情
這個價位總體來説有一些小問題也很正常，反正總體還行

酒店位置距離大潤發很近，前台態度也很好，是個温柔的小姐姐。吃住行挺方便的，不過距離海邊還是有一段距離的，我覺得北海的整體酒店價格是虛高的，服務行業做的不是特別好，住了幾家酒店一百多，二百多，三百多的價格都體驗了一下，價格的差距一般在於酒店設施和物品檔次，但是都有一個共性就是保潔打掃衞生不夠乾淨，我們到達這家酒店的時候是下午六點左右，但是入住房間裏面地面是非常濕的，剛拖的滑滑的，主要是有一個很腥臊的味道，我覺得應該是拖布捂臭了，可能也是這幾天北海天氣不好晾不幹，但是我覺得這真的是保潔的問題，剛拖好就應該開窗通風，拖布用洗劑洗一下肯定不會有這麼大味道，廁所進去也是很大的味道，一定是先拖了廁所又拖的其他地方，還滑倒了嗚嗚嗚嗚，胳膊擦破了皮。這裏的肯德基薯條炸的軟趴趴的不好吃。

雖然是民宿，但是住宿環境挺好，房間很乾凈，設施齊全，有獨立衞生間，而且價位合理，老闆也很好，出行也很方便，我們是來辦事，離辦事地點很近，走着就到了，本人感覺不錯，想到北海大道附近住宿的可以考慮這裏。
