銀灘附近的公寓樓盤，很新環境不錯。晚上入住還被要求付了300按金。東北口音兩兄弟租的房子出來做民宿。房間在25樓，兩室一廳，樓層高，開門跟陽台相通，風超級大。晚上到民宿的也沒仔細看，下大雨淋濕了，立馬洗澡了。洗完出來發現客廳和床底下出現蟑螂。後來發現行李箱裏都爬進去了，嚇得不敢睡。聯繫了房東，給換到27樓，但是看了後床上都有蟑螂，已經**了。不敢睡了，凌晨12點多搬到附近的酒店住。連住兩天，實際一晚都沒住。跟房東協商能否退第二天的錢，直接被拒絕了。按金都拖到第二天中午去催才還我。後來按金拿回來後，跟平台申請退款，才勉強退了第二天的一部分房費，退了60多塊錢。

房間寬敞整潔，床也舒適，接待服務到位，面向大海，海景一覽無遺，小區環境優美，泳池、小孩娛樂設施都很好，下次還來。
