房間很大，面朝大海的大陽台，一眼望去夕陽下的海面很是漂亮，老闆熱情，服務好。離海邊是真的近，過馬路穿過海濱公園的樹林幾分鐘就到。坐車也很方便，就是北海的食物很不喜歡，住宿附近沒什麼好吃的，當地的特色粉，不喜歡，入不了口。這也是我快速離開的原因之一。老街的小吃讓我沒有停留的慾望，走來走去就那幾種，糖水，海鮮，炒菜幾乎都一個樣，沒有特色，除了房子的特色體現`老'字。

海景不錯，在客廳就可以看到海，距離海邊沙灘衹有幾分鐘步行路程，住宿體驗很好，選擇了舒適温馨的房間，房東很熱情的推薦每個房間的優勢和小缺點在哪裡，很爽快，讓我們自己選擇心儀的房間，詢問哪裡有平價海鮮和哪裡適合放鬆散步，介紹的都很詳細，下次來北海，一定再次光臨
