確實能看見大海，很漂亮。為後邊來的顧客提示一下，風特別大，要注意防風保暖。，另外小區門口的最顯眼的兩家店，不要去，尤其是地下停車場大門口的，我們中午剛到的時候去了，被小坑了一次，見到房東就跟我説不要去，當時已經來不及了。。

房子很乾凈，廚具齊全可以自己做大餐，在附近海景民宿裏面離海邊是最近的了，10多分鐘到沙灘，玩累了找個三輪車10塊錢送到樓下。他家被子枕頭床單特別乾淨，有潔癖的可以直接躺沒有顧慮。

本來想着淡季出遊住一晚，沒抱多美好的感覺，但是老闆還是挺周到的，一早就把房卡放在窗口，房間很乾凈，觀海景絕佳位置，風嘩嘩的，晚上很安靜，老闆還貼心的給我們説別去門口的餐館避免入坑，唯一不足的是我們三個人，毛巾，杯子這些衹有兩人份，而且不是很乾凈，可能也很久沒住人了吧！除去這些總體還是不錯，希望店家有所改善。

📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]出門就可以打車，坐公交，租電動車，確實很方便。
🛏[房屋設施我一定要提]空調很好使，有廚房，有洗衣機，都很方便。
🏖[入住期間我去過的景點有]出門一公里以內就能去銀灘，所有打卡景點，騎電動車就能轉完，特別方便。

性價比很高，房間也很乾凈，沙發比較舒服，出行也還方便，主要還是離銀灘很近~美中不足的是，沖澡的地方有些小~另外，窗户關不嚴，需要別幾張紙，蚊子多的時候要多加小心，住了兩晚，打死了5隻蚊子，不過還好蚊香液供給的比較充足

入住便捷性:入住前一天老闆電話聯繫確認到達時間，加了微信發了地址；抵達小區後發了三張清晰易懂有標註的照片引路，不用登記，就跟到親戚朋友家了一樣。
衞生情況:我選這家民宿是其中一個很重要的原因是因為看評論説衞生乾淨。我兩天住了兩個房型（第一個房型不能開火，老闆第二天幫換了），兩個房間的衞生特別是衞生間我都很滿意，主要是沒有異味！沒有異味！沒有異味！另外就是，馬桶白凈沒有污漬巴拉的情況；衞生間功能正常沒有水龍頭或馬桶出水小的問題。其他區域比如廚房客廳陽台房間的衞生情況也是不錯的，此外陽台有晾衣架和很多衣架（房間照片就不拍了，房間格局和傢俱擺設沒有問題的，私人東西多，照片不美觀）。
位置和周邊:其實現在住什麼位置都差不多的，旅遊城市這些個民宿酒店門口都有網約車出租車“釣魚”，叫滴滴這些網約車都是3分鐘之內到。這家民宿離潮雕廣場1公里、銀灘1.5公里，走路十來分鐘吧；打車去紅樹林或者趕海基地也很快，10分鐘；去僑港海灘或者附近的市場也是打車10分鐘10元錢左右；去老城那邊就稍微遠一點了。
性價比:國慶之後的一個週末訂的，老闆服務非常好，響應快服務周到，入住前在微信給我們列了1234點給旅行者的搭車、飲食避坑建議。不到200獲得這麼個位置便利乾淨衞生功能齊整服務優良的旅行體驗，非常不錯了。

選擇好久，又做詳細分析，選定這家民宿，地理位置好，交通崗側面大路口有免費停車位，打車的話，網約車很快就到去僑港風情街幾分鐘，可以吃早餐，糖水，晚餐，宵夜。屋內乾淨無異味，衞生間乾淨無異味，乾濕分離。客廳有一個大陽台，可以洗衣服，涼衣服，同時可以看到遠處的銀灘海邊，這點很重要，可以每天根據天氣情況實時掌握海邊情況。屋內可以做飯，調料自備，自由發揮。
