The balcony wooden floor is old and rotten, and has not been updated and maintained in time. The balcony door is also seriously deformed and difficult to close. The building has a closed lobby management, but there is no welcome service and no ventilation. After entering, a moldy smell is pervasive and it is very unpleasant.
