位置很好小區環境不錯，陽台風景也很漂亮還能看見海，老闆認也很熱情周到，美中不足的就是衞生不太行，阿姨打掃得不乾淨！

上户住家結束後並沒有仔細清掃，還留下許多雜物。沒有拖鞋，一雙都沒有。紗門都下了，放在地下，不太安全。

首先先説位置無語言表明明就是名宿你弄個酒店什麼意思完全在打擦邊球欺騙消費者，按定位去找半天沒有找到，結果打電話來接繞了一路進去的是小區裏停車還要收費，關鍵是進出十分不方便還要小區的卡才可以，我們沒有卡每次回來都要解釋一通門衞才開門。
其次衞生方面簡直不堪入目，臟兮兮的桌子椅子沙發，沙發墊都是發黴和各種污漬還有血漬，再看看陽台上的搖籃看到和還有其他各種傢俱也是臟得讓人作嘔，更讓人震驚的是晚上坐沙發上居然從裏面掏出來一衹小孩子的襪子。
服務花了一千多還有用了攜城兑換的水果和提前入住服務結果什麼都沒享受，而且這個價格如果是民宿完全不值，早上9點多就催退房，保潔來催退房拚命敲門，哪裡來的服務普通的賓館都比哪裡好。
最後希望要選擇這家店的注意看清這是民宿不是酒店，而且衞生很差，不知道其他好評是怎麼來的，我這是真實經歷有圖有真相。

房屋不錯，寬敝明亮，而且地理位置也不錯，站在屋裡就能看見大海。環境衞生乾淨整潔，院裏超大泳池。緊臨疍家小鎮。

房間很乾凈 風景也很好 各種設備齊全 空調馬力也很足 小區配套也很好 熱水器的温度和水壓也很好調 住的很舒服 來北海兩天潿洲島三天 這是住的性價比最高的一晚 老闆人也很好 唯一不足的是沒有網絡 希望可以改善 還有就是超過12點外賣需要自己去小區門口拿（小區的規定也能夠理解） 下次有機會的話還來住

房間很温馨浪漫，很乾凈整潔，給我的第一印象就是眼前一亮，整個園區的綠化環境像是立體剪裁，主要是服務態度比較好，老闆給我們免費游泳遊池超大。還給我們提供電動車出去玩，真是太棒了，我女朋友都感動的不要不要的🫡，設施真的非常多，太齊全了，下次還會再來，

房型是不錯的，失望的是公寓老闆不捨得投資帶來了反效果，主要是家電上，作為民宿來説，廚房基本上廢了，空調是個最重要的硬傷，客廳的功率太低，很難涼，幸好給了我們電卡，要省錢的話建議放多台風扇，有點風流動吹起來涼爽多的。主人房空調壞的。熱到炸裂。
