The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Sammy was very helpful at the front desk, great service. The facilities were good and it was the perfect place to relax for a couple of days.

Traveling with two children, the location is very close to the passenger port. Thank you to Xiao Zhang from the reservation department for upgrading the room. The check-in was quick and the room was clean. There were fresh fruits in the room every day and many extra bottles of water were given every day. I have eaten breakfast, Chinese food, and buffet in the hotel. The breakfast is quite satisfactory.
