This hotel room was great! An ample amount of lighting options in the room and the shower was phenomenal. The gym was spacious and adequate for my needs. I immediately noticed the pleasant aroma when I walked into the hotel! There was also two spas located within the building.

The service was excellent and really set this hotel apart. The front desk was friendly and welcoming and even gave me a delicious cup of local tea on my arrival. She accompanied me to the elevator and sent me off with a smile and a wave. The room was also quite nice and clean and seemed up to the standards of a four star hotel for sure. Definitely an excellent value!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and include a number of free amenities in their rooms. The beds were comfortable and were not hard. I am very pleased with my stay and would go back again.

首選這個酒店，細節做的太好了。入住前台有水果，晚上有送牛奶。讓我這常住酒店的人感到温暖。房間設計很温馨，燈光色彩，以及電視待機時音樂的播放都顯示了設計者的用心。衞生間乾濕分離，浴室水量充沛，下水溝槽排水非常順暢。每個點都設計很合理及用心。早餐配備餐品豐富，每個服務人員都能微笑服務，熱心應答。下午茶品類雖然少些，也可以在空閑的時間裏，稍微發呆一小會。洗衣房，健身房，樓下商場大潤發，地理位置非常好，又有吃又有玩，有公交，有出租車，出行太方便。臨走時衹是稍微問了一句，前台小勝給我拿了點小食品讓我突然感覺温暖，這服務人員的應變能力太強了，值得表揚。以後來北海還會住這裏。五星級服務。贊贊贊👍👍👍
