This hotel was a fantastic place to stay on a peaceful and quiet island (not many foreign tourists). The location was central yet felt safe and secure, with a warm and friendly pickup and drop-off service from the ferry terminal. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, and the staff were professional and happy to accommodate early arrivals and departures. The room was clean, comfortable, and well laid out, with great lighting, good ventilation, and no noise from neighbours. The bathroom was spotless, with excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water, and the bathtub was a real treat. Meals were delicious and reasonably priced, and several local restaurants were nearby to try. The staff were invaluable, going out of their way to assist with bookings and any requests (WeChat was sufficient for English translation support). For the quality and service provided, the price was excellent. I would recommend this hotel for a peaceful and hassle-free stay.

The surrounding environment is quiet, the room is OK, the facilities are complete, and the service is thoughtful. The swimming pool was not used, so I am not sure if it is clean. Because it was off-season when I went there, the art gallery and gym were locked.

The manager was super nice. He found a boat for us to go out to sea to watch whales. The bar, food and gym in the hotel were all good. The manager also drank with us in the evening. He was super nice.

I booked a family suite. The room was a bit small and very dark. The restaurant in the hotel is not the same as the front desk. We were the only family to eat in the restaurant at noon. No dish was served for 40 minutes (not including the time when the power was cut off at noon and we couldn't cook). We went to have breakfast at nine in the morning. , the washed dishes were gone, no one was taking care of it, all the tables were full of garbage that others had finished eating and no one cleaned it up, there were very few types of breakfast, the location was a bit remote, it took ten minutes to walk from the nearest shell beach. Because it is the peak summer season, the room price is a bit expensive, but the hotel facilities and services are completely inconsistent with the price of more than 1,600 per night.
In addition, the price of rice or seafood processing in the hotel restaurant is quite expensive. The above are all real experiences of staying there, and I am not blaming it.
