設施：簡陋，對比同價格段民宿很差吧，小裏小氣，洗漱台的水熱水一半直接關掉，服了，唯一的亮點是提供了一次性毛巾，這也是最好的地方，無線網信號弱極了，在廁所就沒網
環境：早就不叫半度山了，平台不改名，簡介寫的離鱷魚山2分鐘肯定是不可能，現在小路封了，全部要到坐觀光車的地方進入景區
服務：沒有，住2晚接接送了是我一開始加微信諮詢了
另外説下飯菜，因為病了沒在他家加工海鮮不做評論，頭天晚上點的番茄雞蛋，雞蛋鹹的無法下嚥，第二天早上吃一碗清粥，不加饅頭榨菜，10元？？？！前面小楊家海鮮粥18元，我就呵呵了，島上所有地方清粥5元，可以加
位置不在主街比較安靜，離海不算遠，吃飯走一點也有，加上一次性毛巾，這些是所有優點
其他的，換一家吧

民宿裝修的漂亮，房間乾淨衞生，老闆熱情帶我去海鮮市場買蝦還幫加工。民宿離石螺口，滴水丹屏、鱷魚山景區都近方便。衹是房間用品少了點＜如電吹風，喝水杯子＞，民宿院子有待改進，有點雜亂＜如廚房一帶＞其它都OK

來潿洲島5次，是住過最好的一家民宿！一開始是因為價格便宜選擇的，心裏還有點忐忑，會不會被坑。看完評論，感覺大家都寫得很真實，來了發現真是太好了！
首先，民宿離滴水丹屏和鱷魚山風景區都是最近的。我們可以吃晚飯中途，算好時間走3分鐘就到海邊看日落，再回來繼續吃；清晨從民宿裏面的私家隱藏小道走10分鐘就到鱷魚山的遊客步道去看日出，像開掛一樣，完美避開景區各種收費，太爽了！
在潿洲島玩，我們最關心的是老闆娘的廚藝，畢竟每天都是海鮮大餐（開魚後的淡季，很便宜啊）。結果我們每天都吃到了不一樣的海鮮，各種做法的皮皮蝦、梭子蟹、海鮮粥、石斑魚、生蠔、扇貝、花甲……（可惜忘記點竹節蟶和龍蝦）
我們一開始是打算自己去南灣買了海鮮，拿回去給老闆娘加工。後來想着不要浪費玩的時間了，就請老闆娘幫忙去市場買了。老闆娘會幫忙挑島上漁民捕的便宜的，結果我們每頓吃海鮮竟然比普通點菜還便宜很多，吃足了。
老闆娘還請我們吃了她家樹上熟的榴蓮蜜，我自己不喜歡菠蘿蜜所以一般般，但是同行的小夥伴都讚不絕口。她們家是濕包的，我朋友中午自己在超市50塊買了一個幹包還是苦的，感覺血虧。
晚上和老闆娘聊天，她説自己也是前幾年來潿洲島旅遊，覺得很喜歡，就決定租下房子來做民宿，但是自己也不怎麼懂包裝營銷，所以開價也很低。我們覺得這裏和其他貴一點的民宿的區別也衹是院子不是那種網紅風格的裝修，其他條件都是很好的，服務還特別好。大家去玩也可以給老闆娘出謀劃策一下，提升一下吸引力。
還有很多想説的，但是懶得打字了，請大家自己來體驗，一定盡興而歸。我們都説下次要帶家人來住這裏！

一個61歲的老太太上島前，真的很迷茫，攜程預訂了這家酒店，真的太哇塞了，首先，老闆娘實在，房間乾淨整潔，一應俱全，最重要的是這個位置太好的，去哪裡都特別方便，去鱷魚山公園和石螺口走着就到了，滴水丹屏更是太近了，而且還是2路小公交的始發站（不會騎電動車，不用怕）。如果你累了不想動了，上樓頂露台就能看見海和山景（第一張，第二張）。想來潿洲島的朋友，這裏可真是最佳選擇。送老闆娘一個紅心。

位置很好，出行很方便老闆夫婦人極好，很熱情。做飯很好吃很好吃，不管早中晚飯都好吃！要吃海鮮可以提前給老闆娘説，她會在我們要求的飯點前，採購好新鮮海鮮，總之很不錯。推薦！再來潿洲島，一定還住這。還有，希望狗子布丁，下次來時，還記得我！

老闆倆夫妻人很好👍👍👍，一日三餐在他家點餐吃飯都比較方便，味道不錯👍👍👍。可以自己去南灣街買海鮮回住宿讓老闆給你加工，也可以叫老闆幫你買回來，價格都沒啥區別。住宿環境比較好，清靜，打開窗户就可以看見大海，離海很近 步行衹需要幾分鐘

房間乾淨衞生，是我喜歡的蹲廁。價格實惠，離滴水丹屏景點很近，走路過去兩三分鐘就到了，看日落很方便。住了三天，民宿老闆包來回接送碼頭，省心。
