1.房間很新，設施齊全，小弔籃真的非常舒服！
2.可以直接租車，自家的車時間非常自由，上下島還有觀光車碼頭接送。
3.離沙灘非常近，照片中日出衹需要幾分鐘的路程，路上還有賣早餐的。
4.老闆一家都非常熱情，幫我們解決了不少問題，看日出還送我們早飯，租車也給了優惠。

來潿洲島強烈安利的客棧必須是林夕客棧！
1.地理位置優越，離海灘走路兩分鐘，看日出日落不用早起開車很久，6點出門，兩分鐘走到海邊正好看到日出，海灘上還有小魚小蝦，很可愛，超有樂趣，看完日出，路口就有豆漿油條蝦餅，好吃方便，吃飽回去回籠覺[Laugh]
2.老闆和老闆娘超級好超級熱情，老闆提前打電話給我們加微信約碼頭接送，老闆娘特別關照我們早上記得看日出，幫我們預訂了超級實惠的深潛，深潛回來和老闆娘説肚子餓了，馬上送我們一把香蕉和好好吃的饅頭，甜甜香香的，給老闆和老闆娘一百一千割贊👍
3.客棧環境，房間裝修簡約乾淨整潔，房間🈶️大落地窗，可以看到海灘，還有一張吊椅，我老公的最愛，一回房間，屁股就粘在吊椅上[Chukle]花園有大芒果，小朋友的滑滑梯喝鞦韆，超靈[Love]

老闆很熱情。免費接送站。
看日出很近。早起慢悠悠步行就可以到。
設施：馬桶是智能馬桶，洗手洗髮液沐浴露護髮素之類的全是基本上自家都在用的國民品牌用着很放心，比一些連鎖酒店用的那種好很多。
就是住一樓房間前後都會有人經過要把窗簾都拉上，不過潿洲島遊玩基本都是早出晚歸也無所謂了。

新裝修的房間，房間很寬敞，站在房間裏面就可以看日出，酒店的老闆服務態度很好，還有廚房，廚房裡麪衞生很乾凈，我們自己去海鮮市場去買的海鮮回酒店加工，當時我們是帶着長者來的潿洲島，島上衹有兩種交通工具一種是兩個輪子的電瓶車，還有就是觀光車，開觀光車的師傅服務態度也好

朋友介紹的這家客棧，離海邊走路一分鐘左右，看日出的好地方，躺在床上就能看日出，適合我們這種懶人，不用起床看日出了，潿洲島好多地方在修路，聽説是在做排污管道安裝，但是不影響出行，在這個小島上騎電動車最方便，安逸撒，睡到自然醒，騎着電動車到處逛逛，如果不會騎車可以用觀光車，司機拉着你每個景點走遍，價位還不高，我們第一天騎車逛了一圈，第二天體驗了一下觀光車環島遊，因為有小孩和長者一起出來的，觀光車司機服務特別好，東北人，客棧裡邊是去年新裝修的，全是智能系統，電視，空調，窗簾，還有馬桶全是智能的，還有浴缸，小愛同學讓我體驗了一把，喊一聲小艾同學全部搞定，真不錯，我婆婆不怎麼會用，讓我也教會了，時代在發展，我們也要學習，房間裡邊很乾凈，本身潿洲島是農村，自然環境非常好，沒有任何污染，沒有商業化，有的人可能不喜歡，但是我們在大城市壓力很大，來這裏很愜意，心情舒坦很多，海鮮又便宜，老闆娘做飯特別好吃，我們住了兩天，沒住夠，要上班不得又要回去了，等暑假孩子放假我們再來，

最無語的一次住店，上了潿洲島，客棧派了電瓶車來接的，彎彎繞繞，走了好一截泥巴路才到的店裡，位置還特別偏，進了房間一陣一陣的雞屎味飄過來，太臭了。晚上十一點多我們都睡著了，突然房間的燈所有都亮起來，嚇死個人。大晚上還有客人在院子裏和樓道里吵吵鬧鬧，隔音效果完全沒有。
本來定了兩天，但是想到沒啥好玩的，就想提前一天離島，然後跟老闆溝通退一天的房費，老闆説可以代賣，賣不了的話也不能退，但我們住的時候本來就不是旺季，也沒多少客人，我還是希望給我退房費，但跟老闆溝通也沒結果。如果説衹是這一間沒賣出去我也不會要求老闆退，但是那晚他家的房就空了好幾間，然後又是颱風，都在通知客人離島了，怎麼還會有人來住。
後來跟平台溝通，平台跟老闆溝通也説不退，一會説退兩百，一會説退一百，但是我不接受這個方案，後來打了12345，一直糾纏了兩天兩夜，最後還是平台給我退的款，真的是無良商家。大大的差評！

我説句實話，酒店設施非常簡單，但是我不知道潿洲島的基礎設施整體都這樣還是衹有我訂的這家這樣，房間和圖片也不一樣，床鋪衞生還可以，本來打算第二晚換一家，結果老闆也不同意，即便是旺季，我覺得九百多的價格也是多少有些牽強，不過老闆和老闆娘服務態度還挺好的，早餐的饅頭和蘿蔔乾也挺好吃的，也有碼頭接送，整體來説有好有壞，給好評是覺得大家做生意都不容易，但是我説實話讓客人蔘考也很有必要

非常熱情的民宿房東，整個入住過程愉快且放心，首先下了車就有房東親自接待並一路帶領我們走進房間，其次映入眼簾的房間佈局很是簡約清新，各類設施齊全，衞生更是細緻，房東也是有問必答，環境衞生好，房間的隔音也好，我那麼淺睡的人都可以睡得舒服，服務態度一如既往地好，有什麼問題老闆會很快速地處理，辦事效率高，服務熱情，非常乾淨，非常滿意，好評好評！！！
