帶父母第一次來北海，其中兩天住在了銀灘附近，挑了很久，周邊酒店民宿很多，價格不一，最後還是覺得這家性價比不錯。房間很不錯，工作人員的服務沒得挑剔，推薦了景點和美食。離銀灘海灘很近，走着就去了，可以看日落哦。

先訂了2天，住着很舒服，又續訂了2天，最後兩天沒房放了，給我們升級了家庭套房，房間很乾凈，空間很大，超大的落地窗，院子很漂亮，早餐很豐富，粉特別好吃，免費高鐵站接送機，還有國際客運碼頭免費接送站服務現做精美茶飲/咖啡/果汁無限暢飲，值得推薦，下次還來住。

酒店有小童游泳池，小孩可以玩水，還提供挖沙工具，可以帶着挖沙工具去海邊玩，銀灘沙灘（近歡樂港灣區）離酒店十幾分鐘的步行距離。入住當天還有下午茶，我們到得比較晚下午茶也能推遲到第二天使用。酒店服務很好，一到酒店就有人出來迎接，幫忙拿行李、送到房間，會耐心回答提供遊玩、吃飯的建議，工作人員都很熱情。離開的時候還貼心準備了伴手禮。總之，這次入住體驗非常好，雖然開始遇到了房間的問題，酒店及時迴應，很快就提供了很好的解決方案。環境、設施和地理位置都滿足了我躺平度假的預期，有種賓至如歸的感覺！

這次沒有拍照片，首先説設施：我忘記看浴缸了，以為會有浴缸，不過這個怪自己沒自己看，洗手池淋浴都還可以沒什麼大問題。衞生：衞生吧，我住的房子樓上的牆面黑色，可是有一個問題就是牆面的美縫缺都掉落了，放任何東西貼這牆面就會弄的全是黑渣子。這個感覺不太好。環境：環境還可以，就是在一堆民宿區，出門建議租電動自行車，傍晚騎着電動車在路上真是悠閑無比。服務：服務那是沒得説衹有服務值得 5 星評價。不好的地方：有一處不好的地方，就是泳池！我們帶孩子去三亞幾十次，從來沒有因為游泳而使耳朵內發炎感染，但在這裏一次就回家看病了，醫生説因為游泳感染了，進去臟東西了。後來回憶起來，不知道為什麼北海的泳池水是鹹的，難道是直接換的海水？三亞的泳池都是有消殺的添加劑，我估計這裡是沒有的。
