房間乾淨很衞生，也很整潔，1樓還有自助的洗衣機、烘乾機可以用，是免費的喲！服務人員很熱情周到，有問必答，諮詢要去哪裡遊玩都會細心的跟大家講解。酒店附近吃的很方便，走路600米有一家叫張妹大排檔的，價格實惠味道還是很不錯的，可以去品嚐一下。酒店地理位置還是非常好的，自有停車場，交通很方便，出行很便捷，像我們自駕出來遊玩的很適合住，下次來北海還會選擇這家雲上四季酒店！

連鎖酒店住着就是比較放心，衞生方面不用擔心，衞生間乾濕分離，酒店前台很熱情，服務周到。酒店停車方便，前台服務好，溝通延遲退房很順利，衞生乾淨，房間安靜，不影響睡眠值得信賴。酒店工作人員也很專業，很周到，住的很安心！一直都很信賴如家這個雲上四季品牌，會一直考慮入住的，位置很好，靠近北海老街和市中心北部灣廣場，離火車站也不遠，很方便，老街旁邊小吃也多，很熱鬧！

房間環境温馨，工作人員服務態度很好，服務也很周到，配套設施完善早上和晚上都有服務員收拾衞生，前台服務員也會打招呼，酒店wifi信號好，房間隔音不錯，酒店附近有便利店和很多餐館，可以購買零食，也可以吃飯，公交車站就在酒店路口附近，酒店門口還有電動車出租，外出很方便

超級滿意的一次入住!酒店的性價比真的沒得説，價格不貴，而且服務和設施都很到位。房間乾淨整潔，床鋪平整，還提供了免費的瓶裝水。酒店的位置離我要去的地方很近，節省了不少時間。前台服務熱情，讓人感覺很温暖，下次還會再來光顧!

酒店價格不貴，環境也不錯，房間乾淨，入住首選，滿意，酒店乾淨寬敞明亮，設施方便，服務好的沒話説，熱情，效率高，基本有求必應，主要是房價實惠，住的很滿意，非常好，環境很漂亮，房間裏面非常乾淨，衞生間乾濕分離，房間佈置温馨，睡覺很舒服，衞生間一次性用品都是消毒後獨立包裝，住的是大床房，面積也很大，休息很安靜。

酒店位置很好，離北海老街很近，附近吃飯逛街的地方很多。訂的大床房，房間乾淨衞生，採光也很好，性價比很高很推薦，酒店也有露台可以曬衣服，很方便。

雖然酒店設施還可以，但是服務真的很差。前所未有的在酒店發現這麼大一衹死蟑螂。估計是打葯了。房間都是蟑螂，可能噴了葯。死在了那。本來在那吃點夜宵晚飯，不小心看到食慾全無。更可氣的是早飯15元一位，九點之前去了基本沒啥菜了。非常無語。自己賣了多少份早餐，還有幾個住客沒吃，完全不管。沒了就沒了。差評
