位置十分便利 就在高鐵站對面 雖然設施稍顯陳舊 但是十分乾淨整潔，服務也很不錯，比較周到

從潿洲島返程時入住，地理位置非常好，離高鐵站最近的一家酒店。適合第二天搭乘高鐵的人。周邊幾百米就有大型商場，吃飯購物也很方便。去老街也非常的近，打車也方便便宜。總的來説，還是不錯的！

辦理入住的前台小姐姐很熱心，服務態度很好。酒店的地理位置很方便，離購物中心和景點都很近，周圍吃的玩的都齊全，交通也便捷。房間內部很整潔，住着很舒服。

第一，酒店樓下是批發市場，人員複雜。
第二，酒店電梯無需刷卡進入，直接可達指定樓層，對於安全問題有一定隱患。
第三，房間無小童拖鞋，無一次性馬桶坐墊，刮鬍刀要到前台領取
第四，床邊一側有插座，另一邊無插座。
第五，床單有污漬，想着最後一天墊這浴巾就算了。
第六，前面訂單價格與實際付款價格不一致，超出先前預訂價格。先享後付就是個坑，中途可以改價。
但是前台人員熱情，一些硬件設施需改善。

前台服務很好，樓層、房間乾淨整潔，特別是打掃房間的大姐打掃的很乾凈，洗澡水水壓很大。對面是高鐵站，吃飯出行都方便，樓下還有海鮮乾和零食市場

維也納酒店一直是我比較青睞的酒店，裝修時尚富有藝術感，客房温馨舒適，床品柔軟乾淨、透氣性好，衞生間打掃得乾淨利索，可放心使用，早餐中西結合，品種較多。特別是酒店的位置極佳，地處商業區又靠近高鐵站，方便購物吃飯，又不耽誤乘高鐵，總之酒店性價比極高，值得推薦。
