Due to personal reasons, we had to cancel the reservation at around 17:00 in the afternoon, and then canceled it on the Ctrip app and informed the housekeeper group, but Changfeng Hotel disagreed and deducted 70% of the fee. At the same time, Ctrip negotiated with the merchant to cancel Changfeng and also deducted 50%. There is a temporary itinerary arrangement and the hotel needs to be canceled. It is understandable that the merchant wants to deduct fees, but 70% and 50% are a bit exaggerated. It is simply forced consumption. I have been to so many places and have checked out of the reservation and have never encountered such a merchant The fee was too high, so we had to put aside our own affairs temporarily and continue to stay. We were already on the island that day and stayed at the Reef Hotel on the island (cost 2526 yuan for two rooms). In fact, the price is similar. I have to say that the Reef is very good in terms of service, environment, details, and hardware. It provides island pick-up and drop-off, free laundry, fruits, and free drinks. There is also free coffee. If you don't compare, you won't know the difference. Compared with the high-priced rooms of Changfeng Hotel, the difference is too big. There is no island pick-up. They have to call a car for us and charge 50 yuan/trip. They only deliver to the pier, and there is not even fruit coffee. In the chat, they are also weird, which makes us very angry (there are chat records). When we arrived at the room, we found that there were only rubber slippers, no disposable slippers. We asked the butler to send them and asked us how many pairs we wanted 😂. Didn't we register several people when we checked in? And there was no afternoon tea. The Mu Yanxi famous hotel we stayed at for 900 a night has all of these. Hahahaha, you charge 2147 a night, what makes you charge so much and have such an attitude? (Personally, I suggest that if you want to take photos here, stay in other hotels. This island is very small and it is very convenient to pick up and drop off by car at any time.
