Weizhou Island Shanhai Culture and Art Hotel

Generally speaking, it is a decent hotel. They also provided afternoon tea that day. But something crazy happened in the evening. I bought seafood at 6 o'clock and brought it back for processing. I also specifically asked the restaurant how to call us when it was ready. They said the front desk would call us. We waited until 7:30 to call and asked why we didn’t come down and our food was cold... I said you didn’t call us, but the boss said he sent us WeChat... WeChat...? ? It's been an hour...so is this how to order food? ? ? Wouldn't you call earlier? We were so excited on the first day on the island, but we were so angry that the two of us were so hungry that we rummaged through boxes and cabinets in the room to find snacks...Seafood processing. The orchid crabs we bought were fried with ginger and green onions, but they also became spicy stir-fries. Let them cool down and heat them up. I also refused with a face of reluctance... As for the bathroom, the smart toilet cannot open the lid by its own sensor, the top spray of the Toto leaks, and the water jet surges wildly. Did the boss buy a fake and shoddy product... In terms of hardware, it is considered to be the best on the island. But the service is terrible... Later I stayed in Changfeng and Versailles, and the difference in service became apparent immediately. I hope it can be improved. It was a very poor experience.

住了三天，挺美的，躺着就能看海，看日出看日落，總體感受不錯，電動車、海上項目都可以在酒店預約，酒店前台小姐姐也很耐心，歡迎水果、下午甜品、晚上燉品，心理感受是很不錯的，我們的行李前台小哥哥也幫我們拿，總的來説，這個價錢還是值的。 當然還是有需要改進的地方，有一個房間陽台電燈壞了，還有門上的那個阻門鎖第三天的時候壞了，不知道是不是上一個房客搞壞了。
