I sincerely recommend this hotel. It is very suitable for a family to bring children out to play. The service attitude is really amazing 👍👍👍, the pick-up and drop-off service is also very considerate, the hotel environment is elegant, the room is clean and tidy, the stay experience is very comfortable, making people feel at home, the swimming pool has clear water, and there is a children's playground and library!

對這家酒店是超級滿意！我們兩大兩小同行，到酒店前台服務員就很熱情的帶我去看房間，看到我們有四個人，剛好旁邊有一間雙房的沒人訂就主動給我們免費升級了！衞生，設施方面都做得很不錯，太舒服了，我們毫無疑慮的又續住了一晚，洗衣服務都做🉐很好，我們衹需要把衣服丟進去洗，後面🈶服務員幫忙拿到烘乾機烘乾，疊放好放在環保袋，我們拿回來就可以直接穿上了，這服務細節真的相當不錯。酒店還有專車接送我們到海灘和僑港風情街。感覺這絕對是北海做🉐最好沒有之一的民宿酒店了！即便不外出，孩子們在游泳池玩都很巴適……下次來還住這裏！

完全超出預期的親子酒店，房間舒適，特別是衞生間有小寶寶的洗手凳，馬桶蓋，房間衞生間都超級大。服務貼心超級好，酒店宣傳所見即所得。酒店可以洗衣服，有洗衣機烘乾機，還有送港送銀灘的服務。以後再來北海要直接訂這裏一直住就行了。小童遊樂區，沙灘，泳池都有。幾乎孩子不出門酒店裡啥玩的都有。之後去潿洲島啥的，都嫌棄潿洲島的酒店，唉。還是這家好。從此標準變高了。太適合帶小朋友出來玩了，特別是我們帶的3歲不到的小寶寶。

服務真的沒得挑：從來之前管家微信聯繫 到下車開始就感受到了熱情 全程笑臉相迎 每天有什麼需要工作人員都耐心解答 特別熱情 還耐心介紹了周邊的遊玩路線和美食推薦 細節處全是温暖 回北京飛機晚點了 從潿洲島回來沒地方去 又回到酒店 讓我們休息
衞生更是讓人放心：進房間第一感覺就是乾淨清爽 地板光腳踩都沒問題 衞生間的角落、鏡子、洗漱台都擦得鋥亮 連淋浴間的玻璃門都沒有水漬 一看就是認真打掃過的 住着特別舒心
加上位置好、環境美，再加上這麼到位的服務和衞生，下次來北海還選這兒，妥妥的！特別推薦
