這次沒有選擇純酒店，因為國慶溢價太厲害，就住了這種酒店式民宿，非常滿意，酒店小區很乾凈綠化也很好，房間乾淨，陽台可以看到海景，最重要的是陽台有升降晾衣架，這個對海邊玩耍的太友好了，每天的衣服不是海水就是沙，方便洗衣服非常重要。樓下吃飯，買東西，租電瓶車也非常方便，好評，下次如果還去北海，還選這家酒店式民宿。

設施：複式樓設施很齊全情侶和朋友一起出遊 3個房間 3個衞生間超級方便～還有廚房用品可以做飯去趕了海還買了海鮮自己做真的很方便！衞生：民宿衞生入住時很乾凈～環境：每個房間都有陽台能看到海～下面還有泳池可以游泳～真的太舒服了！服務：老闆和管家都很棒很熱情接待以及對接都很及時！很感謝在北海找到了這麼好的民宿！！！

體驗感很差。第一天到的時候是晚上。聯繫了房東。房東找的管家來接我們。一開始其實好好的。我們四大一小定的兩室一廳。管家房卡就給我們一張。一開始問他要房門密碼都不給。磨了一會才給。房卡衹給一張。再要不給。然後房東聯繫我.發了很大一段話。其中有一段意思是讓我們交200訂金給房主。意思是用廚房。要打掃不打掃要扣錢。剛開始其實也沒注意。管家走了以後。特意打電話給我跟我説要付定金。後面諮詢了房東。房東意思是。有些人用好廚房不打掃。收一個定金這樣他們把廚房打掃好。定金再退回。最後跟房東説的是我們不用廚房。才沒有收定金。這定金我有點不能接受。跳過了攜程。。而且入住。打掃衞生不應該包含在房費裏面麼。現在民宿基本也都有廚房把。反正最後沒住也沒關。其實到這個時候都還好。主要矛盾是發生在當天晚上出去吃飯回來的時候。門口保安這邊要刷門口。我們五個人。不能保證統一行動吧。又聯繫了房東要求房東多補一張房卡。房東同意了。説第二天送。第二天早上八點多。我跟愛人八點多起床準備出去兜兜。家裡長者孩子還在睡覺.聯繫房東房東説。等會讓管家送房卡。我們就先出去了.後面在外面的時候。家裡人聯繫我説我爸跟管家吵起來了。這時候房東也聯繫我.噼裏啪説什麼人不在家不要開空調什麼。很莫名。瞭解下來。管家來送房卡。長者孩子在睡覺沒有第一時間開門。管家就擅作主張把門打開了門打開以後，他走到客廳就要關空調。這時候我爸正好出來看到他在關空調.真的太沒有邊界感且唐突了。中途敲門沒人來開門。他也沒有給我打電話..一進來就要關空調這個舉動也很接受不了。後來房東就在那邊説什麼不關空調要短路短路了要着火。這些好像跟我們租客沒關係。我們在居住期間。擅自闖入。真的能保證我們租客的安全麼？其他還好。位置還可以。出行可以電瓶車也還可以。

公寓裏景區非常近，整體環境很乾凈、寬敞，管家還麻煩幫忙升級了户型，小朋友都非常喜歡；公寓在一個高檔小區裏面，環境非常優美，停車也有三種類型，根據管家建議，一天才十塊錢，非常划算。總體來説，物超所值！

我實在是受不了了我必須要吐槽一下這個酒店了我們是從桂林到陽朔一路玩過來的入住的這是第三個酒店真的不能圖便宜首先説一下店家的態度我是晚上八點前到的酒店坐了一天高鐵之前的酒店都是會提前聯繫我下午都快到了都沒等到她的電話我就主動聯繫的她她解釋説沒有我的號碼衹有攜程的虛擬號我請問呢？我給你打的是你的真實電話？然後態度也不好説沒有義務每個客人都打電話我是定了兩天都轉天下午了還沒有主動過來或者問問我要不要收拾屋子等於必須要我主動要求這種事情發個微信問一下做到很難嗎？服務太差了！！二百多一天到了看着還行吧晚上去回來就看到蟑螂老大個的滿地跑大的小的都有我聯繫老闆了過了給我們房間塗的葯根本無濟於事這個我都不説啥了我第一天起來我發現床上有小小的白色的小蟲子在爬我立刻把我帶的一次性床品給鋪上了我想着忍忍明天就走了誰知道轉天我早上醒了後背有點癢癢的我一摸一個小蟲子在我後背爬就是我視頻錄的那個白色小蟲子真的總結來説就是環境太臟了！！！最後説設施進出小區要刷卡房間裏用電要插卡才有點插別的身份證不行必須插她給的一張門禁卡就是説我玩完回來屋裡是熱的必須插卡才能開空調等一會才涼快商家説一直開空調容易負荷引起火災我天生一身反骨我有一次就是沒拿卡出門的進門我讓保安給我刷的卡回去以後屋裡挺涼快的無事發生。。。我理解的就是怕費電不讓開我請問呢一天用得了幾塊錢的電真的體驗感太差了我不知道評論裏好評是怎麼寫的真的是要嘛沒嘛

非託，這家民宿是我北海之旅最滿意的地方。他家是公寓類的名宿，所以有卧室、陽台、廚房、冰箱、洗衣機，在外面買的東西可以放進冰箱保鮮，有種回到家的感覺，可以説很方便了，而且位置也好，樓下騎個共享單車，幾分鐘就到銀灘大門口了，最重要的是老闆真的很大方，有一次性馬桶套和一次性浴巾，一個小細節就是我第一次在外住宿遇到老闆提供家裡用的那種抽紙。最後就是服務也到位，點外賣缺筷子老闆也送過來了，去銀灘找不到路問老闆，老闆也熱心解答了，總之我下次來北海還要住他家
