一共預訂了2間房，酒店的設施跟服務及其不專業，電梯維保無任何警示牌，電梯門一聲巨響，猛的彈開，然後又猛的關閉，後來將此情況告訴前台，前台工作人員才告知在做電梯維保。預訂的2間房付了款也離開了，目的為了給差評。攜程解釋説退了款不能給評價。同時很感謝攜程平台後期跟消費者的溝通。

整體感覺一般，主要房間設施老舊，隔音較差，外面説話聽得很清楚，沒有任何科技感。服務員整體服務態度尚可。北海整體體驗不佳

前台接待員態度極差，我們外地人又不知道路邊停車不收費，我們看到酒店門前停車位滿了就問還有哪裡可以停車，前台接待員就説叫我們自己找，而且給前台打電話語氣也很沖，我請問這是一個前台接待員的態度嗎
