房間超乾淨，前台小姐姐温柔細緻，客房保潔阿姨人也很好，洗衣房乾淨，烘乾機好用，我們住的親子房三個人住很舒服，房間也很安靜，隔音效果好，大廳還有製冰機，整體很舒服，而且打車方便，離老街近，步行可以到達，門口的水果店也很便宜

這個酒店是新裝修的，地理位置很好離老街長青路夜市，山中路小吃街，富貴路夜市都不遠，辦理入住時真的有被經驗到，大廳乾淨整潔前台小哥哥小姐姐服務態度超好，酒店的員工見到客人都會熱情的打招呼，還有免費的茶水，進到房間與平台描述的圖片完全一致，家庭房的床都好大啊有兩個窗户，還有一個可以辦公的小書房，打掃衞生的阿姨每天都會打掃房間並補充洗漱用品，感覺這是我目前為止住的最好的連鎖酒店了！

在北海住的第三個酒店，也是衞生最差的一個，第一次進房間習慣性先看被子那些是否乾淨，如圖，被子上就發現了兩根毛！幸好帶了隔臟被套，犄角旮旯地方也是有垃圾沒有清理乾淨，自己處理了，論服務，倒是還都很好，價格也不算貴

前台小姐姐很熱情，打掃衞生的姐姐也很客氣，主動詢問，酒店裝修都很新，工作人員看到我們都會主動打招呼，我們定的家庭房，除了衞生間門有點關不上，其他都很滿意。

酒店位置非常好。出門兒往右走大概50米就是一個很大的市場，蔬菜水果海產手撕雞自製香腸讓人眼花繚亂。住的是5樓，房間很安靜，隔音好。6月是全國安全生產月，5樓電梯旁的面板一顆螺絲缺失，一顆未上緊，請店家引起重視。

特別好，每次去哪裡玩都會選擇如家這個連鎖酒店。雖然這個是新酒店。但是服務方面，環境方面等都做得特別好，非常的喜歡，這裏要誇獎一下。前台的一個小哥哥。忘記名字叫什麼了，人非常的不錯，有問題他能儘快的解決。真的很棒，下次來北海玩的話還會來這家酒店。

酒店環境很好，內部有電梯，服務人員很熱情，位置也很好，不在主道外面很安靜，距離老街距離不遠，走不大會兒就到。室內一切都是新的，房間衞生乾淨很大的窗户，有洗衣服務，空調也很給力很好用。旁邊街道上還有很好喝的茶飲。
