前台小温的服務很貼心，接待有熱毛巾擦手，登記入住很快。房間很滿意，房間很大很舒服。洗澡的時候還有背景音樂，很特別。床墊很舒服。早餐還有特色的螺螄粉，味道很正很好吃！這次是跟家人來北海玩，酒店的位置很中心，停車位很充足，方便得很。下次跟家人出行還會選麗楓酒店。

設施設備新齊全，交通十分便利，房間很大很新。酒店去銀灘跟橋港客運港非常方便幾分鐘就到了，前台小哥很帥，服務非常好有問必答，問他給推薦的海鮮餐廳真心好吃實惠，下次過來還住這裏

感謝工作人員小楊的熱情服務，酒店整體員工都特別有禮貌，都很專業，酒店很新，設施很完善，隔音也很好！枕頭很舒服，推薦，門口就是租電動車的，超級方便，電動車都很新，老闆也很客氣

因為在別的城市多次住過麗楓酒店，所以這次旅遊也選了這家，沒想到這家酒店裝修這麼垃圾，玻璃窗居然是單層的一點隔音效果都沒有，明知酒店對着馬路還用劣質非隔音玻璃，住8樓，晚上馬路上來往車輛噪音，隔壁凌晨洗手池水流聲，馬桶沖水聲，淋浴水聲都聽的一清二楚，還有第一次碰到整夜的外掛空調機器的轟鳴聲，另外酒店好像附近是居民區，每天早晨聽到有人鍛鍊甩鞭子的聲音……真的絕了！每天都到凌晨三點左右才睡着…

早餐超好吃 位置便利很靠近北海銀灘和僑港風情街 房間很大很舒適 九樓有免費的洗衣房 設施很齊全 美中不足的是附近有廣場經常有人在跳廣場舞和唱歌有點吵 電梯可能需要保養 一次進電梯後樓層突然全部亮了 一次突然全部滅了 不知道什麼原因

下了飛機辦了入住，想休息一下，但是太吵了，房間關窗狀態下還能聽到樓下唱歌的聲音（見視頻）
想着那就先出去溜達吧，晚上應該就不吵了，晚上回來以後發現地上都是水，馬桶邊上也都是，一股騷味，不知道啥情況，然後就是十一點準備睡覺，結果十一點二十左右樓上有蹦蹦跳跳的聲音，走廊有跑聲喊聲，打了前台電話，但是沒什麼用，好不容易睡著了，五點多被大風聲吵醒了，酒店隔音真的太差了，其實在房間看到耳塞的時候我就知道情況不妙，因為酒店也知道隔音不好才會提前準備耳塞，但沒想到這麼差這麼吵，五點多被吵醒一直翻來覆去七點多才又睡着，結果因為休息不好補覺到中午十一點，然後點了外賣，吃完就退房了，出來旅遊，結果哪哪都沒去，光失眠再補覺了
