After the was withdrawn in 1950, the site was used by Qinzhou Prefectural Committee and Beihai Municipal Committee successively. In 973, the original French consulate was renovated into a two-story guesthouse, which was renamed Beihai Hotel in 1984 and Beai Guesthouse in 1985. Love it here! Have enjoyed my three days stay in this newly renovated hotel. The bed and chairs are new, firm and comfortable, of course the room is very clean as well. Will definitely coming back again and recommend it to others.

I had a very comfortable stay for five consecutive nights. From the moment I opened the door, I was completely blown away. The room was immaculately clean, with brand new furnishings and amenities, smart controls, and a simple, fresh decor. I especially loved the bathroom shower, with its powerful water flow and synchronized temperature control... It was a total steal!
The hotel is located within the former French Consulate, surrounded by lush greenery. Zhongshan Park is just across the street, a great place for a stroll. The Old Street, Ocean Park, the Seaview Sightseeing Boardwalk, and Waisha Bridge are all within easy reach, about a 15-30 minute walk. There are also plenty of supermarkets, pharmacies, and coffee shops nearby. There's a delicious sweet soup stall on the roadside near the Cultural Palace, right next to the hotel. In the evening, it's a pleasant stroll to the Seaside Park, where you can play in the water and enjoy the sea breeze. In short, even if you're not just checking in, it's still a pleasant experience.

一、先説一下整體河好的地方：
1.衞生：衞生很乾凈，好像是24年12月新開還是新裝修的，在衞生這一塊弄得還是很好的，畢竟是新開的。
2.服務：酒店的服務非常好，前台的接待小姐小哥很熱情，基本上有需求或者需要，他們都能幫助住客區解決，非常好這一點。
3.環境：酒店的位置還是很好的，停車很方便，畢竟這就是原來北海迎賓館，大院裏麪環境還是OK的。
4.設施：設施很新，包括房間裏面的東西都是新的。
5.還有一點很好的是延遲退房到下午兩點，當然這個好像是要看預訂都時候有沒有這個服務。
二、然後説一下不足：
1.隔音問題，首先是剛開始入住的房間，樓上應該是洗衣房還是什麼房間，響聲比較大，而且到晚上凌晨兩點三點還有人走路，物品乒乒乓乓的響聲，這個非常影響睡眠休息，然後第二天就致電接待前台反饋這個問題，酒店也立馬安排的新的房間。
2.空調問題，剛入住的房間，空調設定製冷，但是這個空調温控感覺是壞掉了，設定製冷為26度，但是空調會一直吹風製冷，達到預訂温度後不會關閉壓縮機，而是繼續製冷，半夜被冷醒，室温已經到20度了，完全沒有控制在設定的26度，這個也和酒店反饋了，後面更換新的房間後，新的空調正常了。
