Our stay at the Marriott Hotel in Beihai was absolutely unforgettable, and every detail made it extraordinary. To celebrate my mother-in-law’s 60th birthday, the staff customized our room perfectly, showing genuine care and professionalism. The dinner buffet was unreal—delicious, special, and a true culinary experience. The hotel’s environment added even more magic, with a lively pool area and a kid’s zone that my baby boy loved so much he didn’t want to leave. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach, and the hotel’s sensational garden felt like a dream. To top it all off, the view from our room was breathtaking, like something out of a magazine. I can confidently say this was one of the best stays I’ve ever had, and I highly recommend the Marriott Hotel in Beihai for anyone seeking a genuinely perfect getaway.

From check-in to check-out, it was a joyous experience. We had high hopes for our stay, but ended up leaving with a very unpleasant experience. First, we checked in from another hotel. The check-in person was very cold and said the room wasn't cleaned yet and asked us to wait. We asked if they could arrange for us to check in as soon as possible, as we had been out fishing after 6:00 AM and were quite tired. The person said, "We normally check in at 3:00 AM and we'll call you back once it's cleaned." We then wandered around for over an hour and didn't receive a call. We returned to the hotel and asked the other check-in person to check if the room was cleaned. It turned out it was, and we could check in, but there was no call to let us in! On the day we left the hotel, we went to the breakfast buffet around 10:30 AM and were met with another person who wouldn't let us in, saying we had to wait in line and there were no seats. Then a group of four came in later, and there were seats available. They were let in first. I asked, "Didn't we come first?" The person said, "It depends on the number of people and the size of the table. What's the difference between a three-person and a four-person group?" Absolutely ridiculous! I got a little pissed off and said we should go get our things first, and they let us in. Once inside, there were clearly plenty of seats, but they hadn't cleared the place yet.
