設施：沒什麼設施
衞生：衞生還不多
環境：相對安靜，樓下就有小食街。旁邊應該是一個學校，看到有個跑道，但好像長草了。
服務：相對於品牌店，這家人手真的很不足，辦入住的前台衹有一個人，等入住也要排隊不少於15分鐘，打電話告知她們酒店的浴室門關不上，答應馬上來人修理，等到我出去吃飯都沒有來處理，後面的沒打電話和我溝通助理還是不修理？所以説這是人手不足導致的疏忽吧？而且他們的熱水器的水温和出水量真的要吐槽，忽冷忽熱忽多忽少，要被燙一層皮。突然就熱得可以宰雞一樣。哪裡受得了？

酒店新開的，房間不錯，住之前就看到很多人反饋熱水問題，問了酒店説處理好了，結果住進去還是水温不穩定，會突然變得非常燙，一會又自己好了！離橋港小吃街很近，離海灘也不遠，早餐不是很好，旅拍約不上，博物館門票也沒有給我們，反正酒店主打一個你不問我不説！

這次入住體驗太棒了！房間正對大海，每天醒來拉開窗簾就是無敵海景，傍晚的日落美到窒息。酒店環境優雅，設施新且乾淨，床品舒適。服務人員熱情周到，早餐豐富，還有海鮮粥、海鮮粉超讚。西式早餐結合當地當色海鮮在酒店就能品嚐到北海的“鮮”。位置便利，步行就能到沙灘，周邊網紅餐廳和景點都很近。絕對會再來，強烈推薦給喜歡海景的朋友！
