這家性價比超高，前台服務熱情周到，有耐心。衞生環境好，用品乾淨整潔。帶早餐，也可➕錢定中餐晚餐，價格實惠，關鍵是味道不錯。在疍家小鎮一眾大多數無電梯的過冬酒店裡，他家算是翹楚了，有個小電梯，可方便帶行李上下樓。店裡還有洗衣機，晾衣處，可供客人自助洗衣，很方便。推薦。

12號從東興到北海，本來想在哪駐車。快到時突然想在北海住酒店，畢竟在這大熱的天駐車很不方便北海的酒店民宿很多，″銀灘美景酒店″立刻吸住了我們的眼球，一個親脆柔和的東北口音讓我們馬上下了住店訂單。按照導航指引在銀灘大道旁很順利的找到酒店。事實證明，酒店前台小姐的介紹沒有誇張，房間乾淨整潔明亮，有電梯到樓頂，有洗衣機，門前可停放車輛，住了兩晚，很舒服，可謂是鬧中取靜，價格不貴還送早餐，更可貴的是酒店老闆和服務人員對客人都是笑容可掬，問寒問暖，及時提醒別忘了吃飯。離酒店五分鐘的路程就是農貿市場，如果想去海邊，租台電動車或步行二十來分鐘就到了。不管是旅遊住宿還是避寒過冬，銀灘美景酒店都是不錯的選擇。

去潿洲島回來，再次選擇這家酒店入住，有一種回家的感覺，上島之前把不需要帶去的東西都寄存在他們酒店無償保管，很是貼心和放心，門口有停車場，酒店自己也有餐廳，離酒店附近大約走5分鐘也有農貿市場，吃的都很方便，衞生乾淨，乾濕分離，鬧中取靜。晚上睡覺非常安靜。

房間乾淨衞生面積大，有飄窗有空調有電梯。老闆及服務人員態度熱情，善於交流。位置離銀灘很近，租個兩輪電動車，可玩遍周圍景點。住宿價格便宜，既送了早餐，還送了頓中餐，適合家庭出遊或長者冬季養老。
