Borrman Hotel (Beihai Beibu Gulf Plaza Old Street)

The location is near the old street and very close to the seafood market. You can go to the seafood market to buy seafood and have the kitchen process it for you. The room facilities are complete, the bathroom is clean and tidy, the front desk lady is polite, and there are welcome fruits. Overall, I am very satisfied.

The room smelled particularly musty. I asked the girl at the front desk to change my room, but she told me there was no room available. I have stayed here many times and there is always a male waiter with glasses at the front desk who is very nice to talk to. He is the tall and fat male waiter. I didn't see him this time. I asked and he said he had resigned. However, the female front desk staff had a very bad service attitude. She didn't look like a waiter in a mid- to high-end hotel. She was just a girl with short hair and glasses.

在房間就能欣賞美麗海景。前台小姐姐熱情甜美❤️房間設施新且乾淨。為這次北海之旅增色不少，早餐很豐盛又新鮮！下次還選擇柏曼！性價比很高，離店時還贈送了小禮物，很暖心，好評！退房落下了刮鬍刀，前台小姐姐還幫忙寄快遞，太感謝啦～大家退房要再三檢查好隨身物品哦😁 設施：非常好！ 衞生：乾淨整潔無異味！ 環境：體驗感很好！ 服務：前台小姐姐太熱情啦❤️❤️❤️ 保證延遲退房至13:00:本來計劃住一晚，直接再續住！哈哈哈～ 歡迎水果:兩個小孩好開心還有歡迎水果哈哈哈！

服務態度很好，環境也不錯，值得一提的餐廳，孩子賴床，超過餐廳營業時間，也吃到了不錯的早餐！打掃衞生的阿姨也很好，看到我們撿了貝殼，還專門給我們拿了一個袋子裝❤️。 但是個人覺得床有點高，孩子爬上去很費勁。洗衣房太擠了，可能是這幾天北海下雨，大家都需要烘乾。

房間地段可以的，比較近紫霞灣流下村金灘老街那邊，租車地方沒有，但可以騎共享電動車。我的房間床頭靠近別人房間的沐浴間，對方開關門聲音很響。之前沒找到可以看的視屏，都是靠手機投屏。外賣方便

房間乾淨整潔，入住體驗很好，前台服務熱情，還有洗衣服務，看到我們帶了孩子長者，兩間房還給安排在了同一層退房的時候還給我們送了小禮物。
