老闆人很好，熱情服務周到，房子性價比相當相當的高，房子很乾凈衞生，空調熱水都有，用餐相當方便。免費停車位，幾百米就是陽光沙灘。

酒店出門右轉521步半就到海灘大門口，停車很方便，乾淨衞生這是基本的，樓下就有海鮮和螺螄粉賣，唯一美中不足的就是不給我下次再來的時候體驗別其他酒店的機會了，一點餘地都不留，衹能再來他家。

帶小孩長者一起來銀灘玩，住這家店方便離沙灘近，到海里游泳玩沙回酒店洗澡便捷，小朋友下午到海里🏊早晨6點多又跑去🏖，小孩第一次到海邊玩就想多住幾天，因為時間安排到了東興，游泳圈被我放了氣，六歲多的小孩居然自己吹好了，説要去海邊玩，以後有時間帶小孩來海邊，還住這家店。

民宿就在街邊，可以免費停車在小區裡邊，但需要提前和店家説一聲。離銀灘距離不遠，可以穿着泳衣直接走去。樓下週邊吃飯的地方很多。民宿設施比較老舊，環境衞生比較一般。

房間很乾凈，老闆娘很好，靠近海邊，一家人出來玩訂的三床房，老闆娘免費幫我們升級親自套房，出來走路幾分鐘就到海邊，很近，下去去還會選擇

不得不説店家真的好好，問什麼都能夠耐心解答，他家距離海老近了，往前走100米就到啦，周邊吃的很多就是貴，定了四間房，後面因沒房了給升級了個套房，老喜歡了
