設施：沒的説和普通酒店入住體驗不一樣，幾步就到沙灘，屋內智能設施，人性化的物品（一次性坐便墊，一次性眼罩，洗臉巾，香薰蠟燭，mini冰櫃裏的酒水都是免費的還有喝不完的礦泉水好多）衞生：我有輕微潔癖出門都帶一次性四件套，沒用上，因為床品特別乾淨沒有污漬，沒有異味，對於潔癖特別友好環境：幾步到海灘游泳池的和森林的都各有不同特點，酒店公共區域還有香蕉樹和以往入住的傳統酒店完全不一樣，原生態和獨特的設計風格，印象深刻服務：入住前一天被拉進一個管家羣裏面有可以點餐的管家有前台小姐姐好幾個人在羣裏的提出需求立馬就得到了迴應，實行力超級快，不想出去吃的羣裏可以要菜單點好送回房間。好多人説酒店海鮮加工貴，但是我在外面加工和在酒店加工對比了下，其實價格摺合下來酒店不會貴很多勝在對於i人可以送回房間吃不用人擠人而且口味很好吃。潿洲島碼頭接和送各一趟: 師傅很熱情會介紹潿洲島和解答疑惑 CORALREEF | 下午茶:每天不重樣好吃時令果盤:香蕉真的好吃吃完好一會嘴巴都甜甜的最後不得不説的酒店提供的免費旅拍-免費贈送的伯爵旅拍很專業而且攝影師態度超級好會和你説怎麼樣拍出來好看提前一天預約拍攝時間在酒店餐廳選照片專業的伯爵旅拍確實比我們自己拍的好看N倍

酒店佔地面積很大環境非常美麗格局明顯管家會提前聯繫很貼心提供接送服務由於我們是從另一家酒店去他們還派車去了另一家酒店接我們有人幫忙拿行李在酒店大廳等待的時候還有粉粉的仙人掌水第一次見好好喝還有大桶防曬可以擦也太貼心了吧管家帶進房間之後還會介紹房間設施還送了一袋伴手禮都是非常實用的東西！也太貼心了吧！住進去一會兒就送來了下午茶是精緻且好吃的小蛋糕還有味道獨特的小飲料們酒店還有租電動車的服務在潿洲島出行電動車是必不可少的酒店還有一片他們在管理的海域非常chill 可以盪鞦韆可以躺着安靜看海鬆弛感拉滿管家還會提供遊玩攻略發送天氣提示晚上還有晚間燉品可以送到房間木薯羹也很是美味呢早飯也有多種選擇豐盛美味吃飽了都沒吃完哈哈哈前台還提供葯品可能太熱了有一些暈乎乎前台小姐姐發現了還給我拿了藿香正氣水和葡萄糖緩解我的症狀還把我們送上車行李都不用自己提真的太幸福啦不愧是島上的天花板酒店哈哈哈下次還來！

首先酒店的環境很好，很漂亮，每天都有早餐，下午茶，晚安燉，這些都不是額外收費的，酒店還有免費的旅拍，提前預約就可以了，而且酒店工作的人員也非常的好，基本上訊息秒回，有問題隨叫隨到，服務態度真的沒話説，挑不出一點毛病，酒店的餐廳味道也很好，點餐都挺好吃的，還可以我們在外面買了海鮮，拿回來加工，泳池房真的很好，很適合躺着度假，真的是強烈推薦！

設施：都挺齊全的，如果能把那個音響還是一台什麼東西換成凈化器就更加好了衞生：很乾凈，環境：很喜歡，男朋友很喜歡，可以游泳，外面可以看落日，説一一到這家酒店就想在酒店待着玩兒，哈哈哈，服務：服務特別貼心，很喜歡建議：房間放點酒精噴霧就更好了潿洲島碼頭接和送各一趟，挺方便的，應該是屬於潿洲島上環境最好的一家了，個人認為，哈哈，勿噴，看網上評價選擇的一家，沒想到到店後各方面都滿意，然後晚上可以在南灣市場買海鮮，酒店可以加工，那個芝士焗蝦做的很好吃，給廚師也點個贊。管家也會給攻略，好吃的，哪些地方適合打卡。下午酒店會提供下午茶，那個甜品還可以，因為不甜，哈哈哈，晚上會有燉品。挺細心的
