East Village Hotle beihai

Very satisfied with the check-in experience. The lobby on the first floor is very large. There is a coffee area at the entrance. Walking back is like entering an art exhibition hall. There is a swimming pool in the backyard and two lemon trees with fruit🌲. The room is big and very clean. It is the best hotel I have ever stayed in in Beihai. It has good lighting and convenient transportation. You can pick up the tram when you go out. The service attitude is good and the lady is also very considerate, great

I have never given a negative review, this is really the first one, I am speechless in every aspect. This is not my first time to Beihai. Overall, I am most dissatisfied with this hotel. I checked in at 2 o'clock first. The previous hotel didn't check out until 2 o'clock. We waited until 3 o'clock to enter the room. The only thing I was sorry for at the front desk was that the room was too hot. It takes 5-10 minutes for the water to be released. I always take a cold shower after going out to play. The separate swimming pool is also very shallow. Adults cannot swim in it and can only be used by children to play in the water! There is no pick-up or drop-off at the passenger terminal, which does not match what is written on the details page.

裝修風格挺喜歡，還有小玩偶小孩很喜歡，床也很寬，小孩不會滾下床。離海邊很近 服務也很好，小孩不小心打碎花瓶，雖然我們提出來賠償，但是老闆首先關心的小孩有沒有受傷，説不用賠償，真的很暖❤️❤️
