The front desk girls are the kindest & most helpful people I have ever met in all my 30 years of travel worldwide. They have me to contact the bus company to claim refund for me as the bus trip from Beihai to Haikou is canceled because of Taiphon Yogi. Then they called Agoda to cancel & claim refund for my hotel stay in Sanya.

The room is OK. The hotel has only 3 floors. There is a parking lot in front of the door. You have to wait for a table when the restaurant is crowded. The area around the hotel is quite shabby, but it's only a few hundred meters to Golden Beach. There are shared electric motorcycles at the door, so travel is quite convenient. It’s just far to Silver Beach, and my butt hurts from riding an electric scooter.
The hotel breakfast is OK, the front desk staff is very enthusiastic, and the service awareness is quite good. The brewed ginger tea and fruit tea are very popular with me, which is very heartwarming for the strong wind in winter. I will consider staying here next time.

The rooms are basically ok, but the prices went up ridiculously during the Spring Festival. The price can vary by hundreds of dollars depending on the time of day, which is a bit disappointing. It's better not to stay here during the holidays!
