Very convenient location, 10 minutes from the railway station,a few minutes walk from restaurants and beach, easy to find and nice view, which check in although the lobby at the entrance belongs to another hotel, but just call and they will be in a couple of minutes.

家人過北海玩，我在攜程瀏覽了很多民宿和酒店，眼花繚亂的，看着他家詳情介紹距離海底世界、老街、海上棧橋、金灘都很近，距離動車站4.3公里。主要是價格也是很親民，最終選擇了他家的民宿入住，和家人們在入住過程中視頻看了房間的設備設施、衞生情況、外景和周邊他們都很滿意，性價比超高！住的滿意，後面又續住了一晚。下次一定會再來，也推薦給更多的朋友過來住。

我是一路旅遊了很多城市到的北海，晚上九點多入住這家酒店，酒店衞生非常差。洗臉池裡積水有蟲子，床頭、桌子、遙控器上到處是灰。我馬上拍照發給老闆，他當時怕我給差評，態度非常好，説可以全額退款（當時我沒同意），並且我當天坐了十個小時的火車非常累，就沒有換酒店，我自己打掃了。和老闆微信協商説等我考慮怎麼處理。
第二天我考慮到我也確實入住了，全額退款白*肯定不好，所以我協商退一半，老闆讓我先給五星好評才退。我當時沒多考慮，算同意了。
今天我退房了，我考慮到衞生差確實是商家責任，如果我好評了，他不退款呢？我為什麼要承擔這樣的風險？我就讓他先退一半款，再好評。
商家就開始想把我塑造成故意沒事找事，想白*他的形象。做生意不容易能體諒，但是大過年碰到這樣的商家真的很噁心。所以我不接受退一半的錢，直接差評了。
再説一下其它入住感受:
1.衞生差
2.地理位置不適合北海遊
離金灘近，打車到北海站衹要20塊錢。但是離銀灘和紫霞灣等熱門景點都非常遠，打車要單程近40，騎電動車要一個小時，入住兩天我每天打車花費七八十。
3.房間內設施差。電視沒有網絡電視、毛巾浴巾不是一次性的，和別家同等價格民宿比差距大。
