我要寫一個投訴北海亞嶼酒店，酒店家庭房跟實際房型不符，榻榻米就是放在飄窗的一個墊子，窗簾在榻榻米上面，榻榻米還漏雨，本人跟酒店原本溝通好，1060✖️4 共4晚，後面兩晚不住，也衹退700多一晚，之前承諾退的2百多的折扣也不退，酒店溝通人員言語前後不一，承諾後協議價格不認，溝通後惡語相向，還説自己不缺那點錢，還在溝通的時候就讓退房給延時費，老闆和員工全程高高在上的坐着不管，非常差的一次居住體驗。

酒店服務態度較好，設施很好，有送銀灘入口和潿洲島的電瓶車。早晨一般，能夠吃飽，但1談不上吃好。位置儘管靠近海邊，看不見大海，想靠近大海，還要走上一兩公里的路程，與後排的其他酒店相比，沒有任何地理位置優勢。與其他3星，2星民宿相比，性價比不高。
