Had a really enjoyable stay at the hotel. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The service was absolutely impressive where free laundry service and daily afternoon tea with fresh fruits and cakes were served. They also helped to arrange free transport between the harbour and the hotel. The door gift is particularly thoughtful which contains a nice UV protective umbrella, mosquito repellant and sun block.
The room was spacious, clean and tastefully designed! Ours was the ground floor room with the garden view. Though the hotel swimming pool is right outside, the lush greenery offered great privacy. The air-conditioned and pleasantly perfumes room was literally my oasis during this short island trip! And it is quite budget friendly!:)
Absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who’s planning to visit the island!
Overall A+ experience!
(Though it’d be a plus point if the laundry could be ironed.)

入住過程十分舒心，入住的是一樓帶院子的房子，房間乾淨整潔，不過我覺得沒有必要，就住泳池前面的園林房就好了，價格還便宜點。有下午茶，精緻新鮮，有早餐服務，乾淨衞生。碼頭接送，還有精緻的小禮物是一個小小貝殼海螺收藏，最驚喜的是，酒店送的免費拍攝拍到了人生照片，攝影師小姐姐太懂了我了。愛了，已經設為壁紙！
酒店就有小電驢租。
酒店下來就是石螺口海灘，後悔沒有好好走走。
不足之處：酒店的燈太暗了。熱水放水的時間比較長。酒店離運動公園，南灣老街等中心不算太近

酒店離沙灘近，下個坡就到了，房間空間大，陽台一眼望去就是大海，前台服務也很好，我們來的那天熒光海，小姐姐還提醒我們去看，有幸看到了熒光海，早餐好看又好吃！棒棒棒！希望酒店繼續保持這樣的狀態

設施：完全完備，剛住完萬豪，基本是平替了
衞生：很乾凈，邊邊角角都收拾的很好
環境：特別適合那種想來度假的感覺
服務：衹要有需求，管家都會及時解決
白·HOTEL下午茶:這次太匆忙了，但是都一直保持着，下次來試試
潿洲島碼頭接/送各一次:完全不用擔心日程，都安排到位
同等價位應該是無敵了，管家服務還有他們家可以點餐，真的吃了一圈他們家口味最好
