這家民宿的性價比非常高 老闆熱情好客，把島上的攻略説的明明白白，讓我們一行人出行會避掉很多坑 。老闆做海鮮那真是太讚了，口味，火候，味道十分nice。房間乾淨設施設備能看出來 老闆很用心 ，洗漱用品十分環保，床品毛巾很乾凈。位置離海邊很近步行5分鐘 ，距離天主教堂也很近。在院子裏喝茶聊天太舒服了 老闆泡茶很在行。 強烈推薦這家名宿 ，下次還會再回來！

做了很多攻略來的，有幾個點可能會幫助到其他人
1.性價比高，淡季來的，房價很實惠
2.可以跟老闆直接租電瓶車，比較方便
3.老闆這裏可以直接加工海鮮，不過我們一開始忘了（攻略白做的感覺，哈哈哈嗝），第二晚另一間的客人讓老闆加工的海鮮，聞着挺香的
4.老闆安排的阿姨來接，出了碼頭就坐三輪到民宿，還是很方便
5.房間會有點潮味，在島上很正常（之前去三亞西島也有），但空調開了就沒了
6.有個小院子，還有幾衹小貓咪，拍照也不錯，但我們行程比較趕沒有拍民宿照片，衹有租電瓶車給其充電的照片

很滿意的一次入住體驗，作為民宿來説找不出任何短板。
配置齊全、無噪音、免費接站、直租電動車、有廚房和廚師加工食物、帶冰箱和洗衣機、有外賣（但外賣不多）；院子、餐廳和露台乾淨整潔；院子裏有三衹可愛的修貓兒，房東大哥也很熱情。
特別值得一提的是裝修很新（其實入住前我們先去了另一家2017年裝修的同價位民宿，很破舊，然後才換到這家），所以電視、吹風機、空調、燈等各類電器都很新很好用，而且插座很多、方便充電。
最重要的是地理位置很不錯，距離貝殼海灘的網紅觀看點步行不超過10分鐘，強烈建議想看日出但起不來的人住在這裏。

在小紅書上看到這家民宿抱着試試看的心態預訂房間 ，到了民宿首先給我們印象最深的就是老闆的熱情接待 免費碼頭接送 。到了院子裏映入眼簾的是一棟珊瑚石獨棟的民宿 我們特別喜歡 （老闆介紹島上的珊瑚石建築的房子是潿洲島的特色），房間冬暖夏涼很舒服，房間是十分乾淨，強烈推薦老闆的廚藝真是太讚了，海鮮做的十分適合我們的口味 ，飯菜價格也不高 。老闆還告訴我們在島上如何避坑 ，贈送免費的遊玩攻略 。 民宿距離海邊很近 步行幾分鐘就到了，他家這邊的海水很乾凈，特別適合帶着小孩子去趕海。總之強烈推薦這家民宿，明年還會再來的，特別感謝老闆的真誠接待 ！

因為想去教堂和貝殼沙灘，所以選了這家離教堂近的民宿，沒想到離新修的環海公路最美路段也不過衹有2分鐘的路程。小院很安靜，是一家獨棟的珊瑚石民宿，珊瑚石是島上的一種古老的稀缺的建築材料，珊瑚石結構的民宿冬暖夏涼 住在房間裏很舒服 。民宿老闆在島上很多年了，幫我們避了不少坑。下次準備帶孩子來，因為小院兒裏的貓太可愛了，而且可以隨便擼[愉快]

看了評價才訂的房，實際到了還是超出預期，房間乾淨整潔，小院兒井然有序，老闆熱情地帶我們免費趕海，教我們如何避坑。晚上聽着哈曼卡頓的音箱在院子裏的月光下燒烤，別有一番情情趣。
