位置在北部灣一號，這棟樓感覺都是民宿酒店，很好找，地下停車方便，收費停車（2小時內免費）管家服務熱情人很好，房子優點可以看看大海，看看日落，缺點廁所無私隱，玻璃門上的貼紙都沒貼全，洗澡的浴缸有些雞肋，花灑位置設計不合理，晾衣架也是壞的，樓下有收費泳池，小孩子去玩挺不錯
